Dans la prise en compte d'un séjour dans un hôtel, le déjeuner du matin en fait grandement partie à raison de 5 sur 10 de la note totale. Or, au Times, je m'attendais à un déjeuner bien complet pour finir mon séjour, rien de tout. Des œufs bouillis froids, à peine des fruits, tranches de melon d'eau et une autre sorte, jus d'orange dilué, du pain dans son sac, pas d'omelette, ni de bacon, cela ne donnait pas envie, vraiment pas. Pour 307 $ payés pour une nuit, le minimum serait d'avoir un excellent déjeuner. J'avais toujours eu hâte d'aller dans un Times pour comparer avec les hôtels du Mariott, mais je suis vraiment déçue. Avec le thermostat qu'on ne pouvait pas nous-même régler, nous avons dû contacter la réception pour le faire... Ce gros manquement prend le dessus sur la tranquillité des lieux, la belle chambre etc...

Beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre. Goutte d'eau partout (à la grandeur)sur cadrage de fenêtres et tapis dans la chambre mouillé assez pour se mouiller les pieds 2 pieds devant la fenêtre. Chambre et salle de bain très sombre. Pour la douche et les soins de préparation comme se maquiller ça ne va pas bien mais parcontre pour dormir c'est très noir donc parfait.

Le petit déjeuner continental doit être amélioré, la suite est bien mais certains petits détails sont manquants peut être c'est lié au fait que c'est un nouvel hôtel.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service. There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else needed like pillows or towels, they can be foound in the bottom drawers in the front end of the bed., but they did not take away from the overall positive experience i had an amazing evening.. I chose your hotel because of its reputation, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to return in the future. If there are ever any loyalty perks, promotions, or return guest offers available, I would be very interested. Thank you again for the hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again. Tres belle endroits, calme et tres propres.

The hotel itself is beautiful overall. However, it seems the room temperature cannot be controlled. The room was so humid that condensation formed on the windows, dripping onto the windowsill and leaving the floor wet along the window. We ended up sleeping in a very damp environment, and it appeared that most guests on our floor experienced the same issue. Additionally, check-in took longer than expected due to a crowded reception area with many people checking in at the same time. The morning breakfast was great!

Le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel est très insatisfaisant pour plusieurs raisons. Problèmes dans la chambre et le service à la clientèle n'est pas adéquat pour bien servir le client. Je ne recommande pas !

Les chambres sont impeccables, l'emplacement est pratique et le personnel est très courtois.

La chambre était très humide. Il y avait une flaque d'eau à la fenêtre et le tapis était imbibé d'eau
