The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious despite the small portion size. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the jacuzzi was disappointing as it wasn't hot and stayed the same temperature as the pool. The biggest downside to the jacuzzi is the accessibility—there are no rails or steps to help you get in, and I saw a couple of people struggling to get in and out.

Não tenho o que dizer desse hotel! Foi a nossa melhor escolha. Foi tudo perfeito!!! Eu diria que faltam mais variedades no café da manhã, mas fora isso, o hotel é incrível como nas fotos. Localização excelente, limpeza, instalações.

The hotel itself was lovely, and overall I enjoyed my stay. However, I felt the online photos were somewhat misleading. I paid for two balcony rooms with ocean views, but neither room had the full ocean view that was advertised. Instead, both rooms only offered a partial view of the ocean. Considering the amount of money I spent on two rooms, I did not feel the accommodations justified the price. My other complaint is the elevator situation. There is only one elevator for the entire property, and it is very small. During busy times, the wait for the elevator was frustrating and inconvenient. That said, the property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff was pleasant. I just wish the room descriptions were more accurate so guests know exactly what they’re paying for.

Café da manhã regrado servido a la cart. Demora na entrega. Pedi para antecipar o café da manhã 20min por conta do voo de retorno e não disponibilizaram. Custo-benefício incompatível com o preço. O famoso prometeu tudo e entregou nada.

O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Comida regrada - sovina. Fiquei grilado quando uma atendente se recusou a me servir um pão a mais, pois alegou que tinha distribuir entre todos os hóspedes. Não volto mais nesse hotel.

La propiedad está ubicada en una calle lateral y no en frente del malecón. Eso nos gustó porque la propiedad no es ruidosa. Es calmado por ahí y no escuchas música. La desventaja es que no es una calle “in.” El personal es muy acusioso. Kirk y el resto del equipo nos trataron muy bien.

Best experience ever! Great hospitality, friendly and very helpful staff. Our room was spotless and the view was breathtaking! I can not wait to come back and have a memorable time again.

Louis was great. All the staff was welcoming and the food was good. Room was perfect. Clean. Great customer service and great location. We were in the middle of the island access to all the activities and the downtown.

My stay at Sea Avenue Hotel was amazing. I traveled from Medellín and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I enjoyed the rooftop area, & beautiful views, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the property felt safe and relaxing throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Andrés.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo à praia e ao centro de San Andres. Instalações novas e limpas. O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, poderia ter mais opções ou pelo menos mudar o cardápio todos os dias.

Equipe de funcionários da recepção excelentes. Café da manhã ruim. As comidas não eram saborosas. E a equipe do café também não eram tão cordiais. Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Localização maravilhosa.

Las duchas de los baños no se lavan bien y la piedra se ve sucia, cuando limpian la habitación no lavan los sanitarios. Es un buen hotel pero falta. Estos detalles de limpieza importantes

Súper recomendado. Muy amable el personal y súper rico los desayunos. Cerca de la playa y cerca del malecón.

Bom café da manhã, com várias opções a la carte, ar condicionado bom e banheiro no tamanho ideal, com boa ducha! Ao lado tem uma cafeteria linda!
