I had to leave this hotel within 20 minutes of checking in. The room was absolutely filthy - thick dust everywhere, a disgusting smell, and it clearly had not been cleaned properly in a long time. As we checked in they said they have no room cleaning. The bed didn't even have a real mattress, just a thin mattress topper. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were completely unhelpful and refused to give me a refund, even though I didn't stay. This place is completely unhygienic and unsafe. Do not stay here. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and its guests.

I loved the proximity to Vondelpark and the Rijks, Van Gogh, and Stedelijk museums! Also easy walk to Leidesplein, Jordaan, and Prinsengracht! Truly a perfect location and a safe hotel with everything you need.

Our bath was so dirty, Coffee and tea makers were disgusting. We ask the front desk to clean our room and they didn’t. They just said “sorry they forgot”.

Its a nice hotel at a VERY NICE location. Everything is walking distance and very convenient to get to. Room was comfortable.

Hotel was really nice in a great location, close to transport and amenities. It felt very safe with a code entry system and a 24 hour reception desk. The room was clean and I was as upgraded from the single to double room which was spacious for the city. The property is a little run down, with some plaster on the ceiling cracking and scuffs on the wall but overall a great hotel.

Positives: they let us check in early and the free coffee was great! Thank you! Great location too. Negatives: front desk morning ladies not kind or welcoming, room/restroom dirty and had bugs, shower poorly designed with water spilling over every day

Sonder Park House provided the perfect sanctuary for a solo traveler. Highlights include smooth check-in, kind staff and air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Hotel pequeno, porém muito confortável, estilo hotel boutique. Funcionários muito atenciosos ( atenção especial para a brasileira Juliana - acho que eh este o seu nome) são muito atenciosos! Boa localização ! A única ressalva que eu faço é com o ar condicionando que na unidade 331 desligava só e pela mesma unidade dava pra se ouvir bastante a unidade vizinha/ mas não me atrapalhou tanto

It’s definitely time for new pillows and a new mattress at least the room we stayed in. Otherwise it was very functional and served our needs.

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier des musées. Toutefois, très mauvaise odeur en arrivant dans la chambre. De plus, mal insonorisé et on entendait les portes et les déplacements dans le couloir. Finalement, pas possible d’avoir de la glace et la chambre n’avait pas de petit frigo.

The property is in an excellent location. It is so close to public transport, Vondelpark, and the museums!! The staff especially Lily was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was good, and well equipped with amenities like hairdryer, iron, and toiletries I would stay

I lived everything about the property. It suited my needs exactly and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

It was an excellent hotel ! Great location ,, near all the museums The Vondelpark was just outside . Close to tram stops and walking distance to boat canal tours Service was excellent Beautiful comfortable lobby And nice garden oasis on the property I’ll definitely stay there again !

The location was great. Close to the museums and within a reasonable walk to the red light district. Absolutely needed the ac it was very hot for afew days

Great property and kind staff! Overall nice place to stay, the only thing I would change is shorter entry codes to enter the building as the code was quite long.

My main goal was to visit the museums. They are very close tonthe hotel. The city center and canals are about a 35 minute walk away. I enjoy walking, so I enjoyed walking and exploring the city. My room was very small but confortable.
