A beautiful place to stay. Our room was so clean and bright with wonderful facilities. A nice quiet location but near enough to the town. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was superb. I can't wait to visit again.

The Viva Guest House, Clacton-on-Sea, made our holiday. Kirk and David, are perfect hosts, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our accommodation was very impressive throughout and the most enjoyable experience, that we have had in years. We both recommend the breakfast menu/choices. Many thanks to you both and we hope to visit again in the future.

You will not be disappointed. You will have everything you need. Go.

What a beautiful guest house, very tastily furnished and everything a guest house should be; welcoming and friendly host, extremely comfortable bedroom with all the amenities. As for breakfast, one of the best we have had, absolutely lovely, thank you for our stay.

Kirk is a fantastic host , the suite I booked was beautiful and the guest house is very clean and modern, whenever I’m in Clacton I will always book here now moving forward!

Très belle maison typique Anglaise à 2 pas de la plage. Un accueil exceptionnel : Kirk a été chaleureux envers les enfants, nous a prêté des jouets de plages, nous a donné des conseils de visites pour la suite de notre séjour... La maison a été rénovée récemment et est très bien entretenue, le petit déjeuner aussi mérite son commentaire tellement il est bon et copieux.

We had such a lovely experience at the Viva Guest House, the hosts were so lovely, and brilliant with our children! The room was clean, comfortable and attention to detail throughout the guesthouse was stunning. Breakfast was lovely, and Kirk was so patient with our indecisive kids! We hope to stay again soon as it was amazing!

Excellent stay lovely hosts, stayed in room 4 on top floor 2 adults and 2 young children room well appointed and spacious, separated into 2 bedroom areas which is great for a bit privacy. Lovely bathroom excellent and powerful shower , good breakfast and close to pier 5 min walk can’t wait yo stay again

The Guest house is modern day style and very clean. It is very homely and cosy. The host was very accomodating and made sure any requiements I had were tended to. I had a very good nights sleep and a lovely view of the pier from my room. Will stay again.

Well I was only there a short time but Aiva guest house was very nice clean comfortable and the property owners were very friendly so all in all a good night stay.

Food and hospitality was amazing, would massively recommend.

We had a lovely stay room was spacious clean and very comfortable, the owners was very polite, helpful and friendly, viva guest house was easy to find and not far from the pier at all also close to shops. Breakfast was lovely had a variety of all different choices, will definitely be going back and staying again and I would also definitely recommend to friends and family

Absolutely amazing comfort, breakfast and hosts.

We were greeted by Kirk after a awful and very long car journey. Kirk showed us around and was so lovely and kind. The room was spotless and the decor was perfect. My grandchildren loved the room just as much as I did. The breakfast was perfect and they couldn’t of been any more accommodating. I can’t rate the hotel and owners high enough. Loved it.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay. Very lovely owners and nothing was a problem and was made clear on everything in the guesthouse. Exceptionally clean and today and the bed and bed sheets were so nice….like sleeping on a cloud.Could not fault this gem of a find and will certainly go back and stay again. Thank you for the excellent service 10/10
