Our stay was amazing. Entire staff was very friendly and gave us top class service. Food was also good.

Entire staff was outstanding. We enjoyed staying with your hotel. Restaurant staff did everything humanly possible to make any thing we ordered. We will be back !

Location was good. Although they should improve on food standards (dinner) and cleanliness in the rooms.

Property is very nice but old buildings rooms are small with obstacles in view from room food is also not nice new building rooms are bigger & full valley view.

The propert had good ambiance, the valley from the balcony had mesmerising view, nice pool but jacuzzi did not have temperature control, the delicacy was delicious but there was no separate veg kitchen which for a 5 star property should be must, overall stay was great

We booked a night stay for our parents and it was the best decision ever! Our folks loved everything about their stay, from the food, the room, the ambience and the service!!! I am personally intrigued to visit this place myself and enjoy the hospitality!! Absolute great work by everyone at Courtyard by Marriott!! You have made our day!!

Pathetic room with total discomfort.. after checked inn AC was working but after 2-3 hrs AC stopped working and even after multiple calls to reception no one could resolve this. Technician visited and said that its resolved but the whole night AC was not working. I will give no star to Room and it’s not at all worth to charge 24K. Food was excellent and for food I would give 5 star rating.

Hospitality was awesome by all staff members. Lots of choices for breakfast as well dinner. Very well trained all staff members. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has beautiful views all around. The different areas like Quarter Deck, pool area, Berry Library restaurant, etc. are great for chilling and relaxing away from the big city hustle. The food is very good, service is outstanding everywhere on the property and they certianly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and the experience enjoyable. They also have kids activities and a play/game room which our four year old son loved. The rooms could have been better. The bathroom fixtures and all plugs in the rooms are not well secured and falling off. Otherwise, the staff, service and food is excellent.

They requested too much documents for check-in. Even though it is a 5 star hotel, the interior facilities felt like a 3 star. The room is dusty and the bathroom is full of stain. Despite the cold weather, there is no heating in the rooms. Staff did not care anyone swimming naked in the swimming pool without wearing a swimsuit. Also, there was nothing edible for breakfast and the food we ordered 3times was not even served.

Excellent stay, warm hospitality, great food and most importantly thoughtful. Had booked a room that had access by stairs. On seeing we have a senior citizen with us, Mr Imran immediately changed and upgraded our room. Very warm hospitality each time at the restaurant by everyone, especially by Mr Sanket. Had a great two days with family.

The hotel is good compared to other properties in the location however it’s not value for the money. If travel with family, please book breakfast, dinner package as if you book while staying hotel will take advantage of the situation. There are no good resturant nearby.

Very hospitable staff, went above and beyond to make stay comfortable. We missed breakfast and came very late yet they made us whatever we asked for at no charge. Good location, beautiful view. A bit expensive for the hotel but I guess peak season.
