Tolles Hotel. Frühstückauswahl sehr gut. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Zimmergrösse und Einrichtung optimal. Die Tiefgarage lohnt sich, Parken in Bilbao nicht einfach.

Awesome hotel, would stay again 100 percent. Staff was friendly, the spa was wonderful, the bar was good. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but plenty of places in walking distance. View was also great. Kind of a commercial district, but still close to sightseeing and old town.

Very nice front desk staff and nice room with a shower and bathroom better than some of the 5star hotels I’ve stayed in. But the staff at dinner when we ate at the hotel restaurant ignored us and were extremely slow. I understand that dinner service moves at a slow pace in Spain and that’s normal but waiting an hour to get food and never getting our beverages is not ok. It was a slow night and they simply forgot about us.

Bra läge, trevlig personal och väldigt bra frukost. Hotellet har en fin restaurang med god mat och en trevlig rooftop pool. Lugn men trevlig gata där du har nära till de flesta sevärdheter.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Bilbao

Room was nice and clean. Kids loved the bunk bed. They also loved small rooftop swimming pool - parents loved the amazing view. We were happily surprised to get the room more than 2 hours before check in time. Breakfast was very good and staff kind. Location of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Muy buen hotel y la ubicación te permitía llegar fácilmente al centro

Fijn hotel met ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We hebben hier drie dagen geslapen en het verblijf was top. De jongen achter de balie was zeer vriendelijk en we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het zwembad is wat simpel en mist wat parasols. Parkeren kan eenvoudig (betaald) onder het hotel. Je zit vlakbij een mooi park, het Guggenheim museum en je bent in 20 minuten in het oude stadje. Aanrader dus!
