Hotel staff were nice. The hotel overbooked us and upgraded us. Rooms are a bit small. Annoying that you have to use your room key for the elevator and there is one shared microwave in the common area. And no vending machines so we had to go to the store a lot.

The rooms at the front of the hotel are VERY noisy from street traffic and music. Other than that, it’s clean and convenient to everything.

Very nice property

No parking but the valet was good. The room was a little weirdly made with the shower in the middle of the room and no door on the closet. I like to have a place to put things away.

We had a fabulous 4 day/3 night trip to Memphis and stayed at the Centric. I was unsure if I made the right choice based on some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. Maybe we came at the right time of year when there were no games or events going on. I could see how it would be a popular hotel to stay at during basketball season and/or the weekends. It was a beautiful hotel. Check in was a breeze. Liked the security feature of needing our room key to take the elevator up to our floor. Our room was clean and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Beds were comfy. Loved the infused water available in the lobby every day. We did not eat at the restaurant but ordered a cocktail from the bar. The bartenders were all very friendly. Location was perfect. Quick walk to Beale Street and restaurants as well as the river and park. When walking around town, especially at night, just pay attention to your surroundings. There were definitely some questionable people we came across on the streets however there was a good police presence when the sun started going down. Lots of nightlife if you like live music and I can say the food was great at every place we ate. Anything that wasn't in walking distance, we Uber'd which wasn't bad at all price wise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was absolutely awesome. Very nice, clean, and new. Had a great view of the Mississippi river from the room. The bed for me was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise ZERO complaints!

Parking should be free. Food in the restaurant to expensive.

The beds were really comfortable, Great location, The Valet parking was a bit hectic, we chose public parking as it was cheaper and just across the street. Our neighbors were loud but overall it was a great stay

This is a great hotel woth great staff..so friendly and accomodatimg. Going above and beyond. Portia in the rooftop bar deserves a shout out..so awesome. Wish there were more diniing choices inside. I joined world of hyatt because this is how I want to travel from now on. Other properties have a lot to live up to. Thank you!

Friendly staff

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Valet parking was easy but unexpected. Due to the flooring in the rooms, the hotel was noisy in the room from the hallways.

Very small, overcrowded pool. Room floor was very dirty. Location was very convenient to Beale St and its music.

No perks. Had to pay $5 for coffee. Bar was out of several things asked for: would not stay again.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to us. Nice experience! Valet was timely in retrieving our vehicles.
