Nunca vayan a este hotel. Es carísimo y solo de dos estrellas. El desayuno lo tienen externalizado con un restaurante vecino y lo sirven sólo a partir de las 8 am!! De macera que si quieren ir a un tour temprano o alguna reunión no podrán tomar desayuno (que tampoco es buffet, muy básico y malo). El hotel no tiene ningún espacio común, la recepción es pequeñísima, las habitaciones no tienen caja fuerte y son pequeñas. Una horrible experiencia.

excellent location with lots of eateries a few minutes walk away, nicest staff, only wished room had a kettle, tissue paper, and an iron.

It was clean and nice. The people were kind. If I had to say one thing, I would like a bottle of water for each person.

Hotel is situated in a good location Hotel rooms very small with not much space for clothes .Air conditioning very loud during the night ...tv didnt work ...room not exactly clean and when you flushed the toilet the water would splash all over the toilet seat...

Perfect location. About a 10-minute walk west takes you to the old town, and about 10 minutes along the river brings you to the station. The beach is just steps away. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. It was a comfortable hotel even with a small child.

No frills, great room, clean, well located and great value. Small hotel (4 rooms per floor, 6 floors) with no services - great if you want to explore SS. Reception desk with great team. James, Mayalen (hope spelling is not too bad) and Edi were super helpful and nice. Thank you for making our stay feel like home.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern rooms. Mattresses are very comfortable and great shower pressure. Helpful staff. Limited amenities but a wonderful location to discover San Sebastián. Recommend.

Convenient location for Gros and old town

Bra läge på hotellet. En av två hissar var trasig vilket gjorde att våra vänner som bodde på våning 6 & 7 hade det svårare att komma upp på sina rum. Frukosten var inte så bra organiserad vår första dag men blev bättre sen. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

They advertised a room with a balcony and I triple checked to ensure it was the correct room with a balcony as I planned to propose to my now fiance. I arrived and was put into a different room floors down without a balcony or view. The staff was less than helpful in trying to fix the situation telling me verbally and in subsequent emails it was my fault for reasons I still don’t understand. No partial discounts, no attempt to right the wrong, just verbal abuse and flippant disregard. The property was nice but the staff and customer service was awful. Would recommend finding somewhere else to stay if in San Sebastián!

Topp beliggenhet, meget hyggelige ansatte. Fikk rom med balkong og pluss for kaffemaskin på rommet. Hadde ikke frokost da det er masse hyggelige cafeer i nærheten.

Das Frühstück gibt’s dort in einer benachbarten modernen Bar , es gab sowas wie Körnerbrot mit Avocado Tomate und einen in der Mikrowelle pochierten Ei plus 2 Getränke nach Wahl, echt lecker aber ich glaub viele Leute kennen diese Kombination nicht einmal . Typisch Spanisch ist sie auch nicht , würde es aber empfehlen

Very helpful and attentive staff. Great location in Gros (newer part of town) with easy access to the historic part of the town. Close to the beach and other areas of San Sebastián. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff James , Valerie, Maialen, Samira and Naziha were amazing. My husband and I would definitely come back here again . Location was A grade close to all shops ,bars ,beach and churches. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel muy cerca del centro con habitaciones amplias y limpias. El check in fue muy rápido también.

Hadde et kjempefint opphold, hotellet perfekt plassert for oss og rommet var meget bra. Fantastisk service fra betjeningen! Frokosten enkel, men tilstrekkelig da vi ikke er frokostpersoner.

Bra bemötande och hjälpsam personal med incheckning och parkering. Frukosten något fattig (kontinental) med små portioner. San Sebastian som stad fantastisk!
