10/10 stay as the Youssef’s located in a quieter neighborhood, close to the Paseo Montejo (including cafés, restaurants, museums) and a short drive from the downtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and were able to leave our luggage behind (stored safely) as we explored while we waited for check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable with A/C and running, hot water (despite what other reviews have mentioned). They also have a café, gym, and pool. Great stay all around!

Buen lugar para quedarse por trabajo.

La habitación es cómoda, el desayuno tiene buenas opciones y el sabor es muy bueno. El Gym está muy bien. Sin duda buena opción. La atención es muy buena agraciendo a Cristian por su amable atención.

El hotel es funcional de paso aspira hacer turístico pero creo que por poquito más puedes encontrar algo mejor en mi caso llegué ya tipo 10pm la tele no servía no había agua caliente ni jabón en la regadera y la sábanas estaban manchadas de maquillaje

Deberían de encender los climas antes de la llegada de los huéspedes para que estén frías las habitaciones y que tengan equipos más nuevos porque el calor es sofocante

Aunque la ciudad es muy tranquila sería conveniente colocar una o dos cámaras para el estacionamiento sobre tofo cuando los carros quedan pegados no todos tienen el cuidado de abrir las puertas y no pegarle al vehículo de a lado

Buen lugar para descansar, el personal muy amable y atento a tu estancia. Habitaciones limpias, con restaurant, gym y a unas cuadras del Parque La Plancha por si te gusta salir a caminar o correr.

Cleaned, confortable bed and spacious room but tiny bathroom; there was not ventilation in our bathroom and no window at all. The swimming pool is so small that worth have it spotless at all times. For breakfast there is not much variety and no way to substitute the black fried beans. Could be very creative with an assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, cheeses, Deli Meats and bread. Parking is by Nextdoor, on your own risk, no security guard but didn’t feel any threats at all. Staff always friendly and courteous.

Las habitaciones están súper reducidas y muy sofocantes, no puedes dormir y la alberca está súper sucia y no la pudimos usar, terrible noche .

El internet estuvo bien no tuve fallas y el desayuno está bien se lo debería de ver un poco más de variedad pero estuvo muy rico

El personal de la recepcion en la noche no paro de hablar en voz alta y se escuchaba en el cuarto y no pude dormir

El personal es muy amable, el desayuno está bien. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el baño es diminuto, bastante reducido el espacio y la distribución es mala.

Good for the money

Para empezar nos cambiaron la habitacion no era la que agende, y para terminar el cuarto tenia un olor horrible no se aguabtaba pedimos qie nos cambiaran de habitacion y terminaron dandome lo que habia agendado seguia oliendo horrible pero ya no era tanto. Lo peor es que no todos los demas dias seguia el olor entre hunedad y drenaje horrible experiencia el staff muy servicial.

The staff went above and beyond duty. I booked a late night reservation, and the receptionist was amazing. He made sure that I was able to find parking and was even able to get a toothbrush and toothpaste for me! I also needed to charge my phone and he let me borrow his cube. Exceptional service.
