Worst property I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly got given the wrong room, asked for terrace room and got basic 1 bed on top floor. Building works going on next door and drilling all day which I was not aware of on room description before stay. After showering smells of sewage stayed in room for all of the two day stay in bathroom. Disgusting. Sink blocked in kitchen and TV set to Spanish with no way of changing the language. Also guest smoking weed on downstairs room on her terrace on last day. Awful place please don’t stay here .

Great apartment, however the customer service was inconsistent and went from good to absolutely unacceptable. Twice in our stay, day one and 4 we were unable to access the building (day one) and the flat (day 4) due to faulty entry system. The customer service was unhelpful, with one agent laughing in the background, and it took 60 mins to get an answer that someone was going to look into it and another 45 to 60 mins to enter the flat. Absolutely to avoid. Issues in a property can happen but the way they were handled was appalling. Some of the reps had zero empathy and interest in the fact we could not get into the flat at 9pm. It is really a pity as the personnel on the ground were magnificent (once you could get hold of them) and some customer representatives were very empathic. Pity the two male reps of day one and four were so bad that I lost trust in Limehome as a provider

My family of 6 arrived on June 5 after a long day of travel at Limehome. When we arrived the place was clean but very HOT. We immediately notified Limehome of the issue of the air conditioner unit not working. We sent pictures of the display and went back and forth for a while with no resolution. After a while, we all fell asleep sweating and extremely uncomfortable in the house. We left early the next day for a flight out. The place is not near anything but it was clean. We are very disappointed that they did nothing to improve our stay except keep questioning us on the air conditioning system. Bottom line is that the unit did not work. They need to advise their clients if there was an issue or solve it immediately for them. None of that happened with us. Do yourself and your family a favor and AVOID this place. If anything goes wrong they will not help you. We unfortunately learned our lesson to never stay there again!!!

Very conveniently located near the subway (4 stops from the airport) and local restaurants/supermarket one street over from the apartment building, and El Corte Ingles (large department store) very close too. Tourist attractions also within 10-15 minutes walk away. Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and kitchen equipped with the basics if you wanted to cook and working AC though it would not go below 19c. Towels provided but were old and needed replacing and better lighting needed in the bathroom. Would not stay on the ground floor and there appears to be some planned construction work in the area.

Very convenient! Great location! Easy check-in and checkout process. Walk distance from the train station and city center.

Muy buena ubicación, Amenities y limpieza. No prepararon el sillón cama para nuestra llegada y tuvimos que buscar las sábanas y mantas en los baúles.

EL alojamiento es tal y como se describe y la zona es céntrica para todo. El inconveniente es el realizar el Check-in. El correo se fue directamente al buzón del spam y tienes que realizar el check-in por la web para que te faciliten los códigos de entrada. Recuperar el correo un infierno, pero esto no es problema del alojamiento. Lo que si es tedioso es dar todos los datos que necesita la web para este check-in. Lo cierto es que la ayuda telefónica fue eficaz, pero pase casi una hora delante del alojamiento realizando este proceso desde el móvil.

Hotel rooms were nice but don’t like any person was not available for any question or concerns and need to send message. Hotel rooms were also not cleaned daily and bath towels were also not given daily in our 3 days stay. Rooms and bath towels should be taken care as per request in case of anyone is staying more days.

Whilst the accommodation itself was very pleasant, the remote check in process was awful, to the degree we were standing in the street outside for approaching an hour filling in forms, scanning documents, repeating the process multiple times… given the constant line of disgruntled people outside, I was not the only one!

The ability to do laundry in the middle of our vacation was a wonderful amenity.

Main complaint- we were in room 103 on the first floor. We thought it was a pedestrian road - but throughout the night and morning I could hear cars driving along the road so had disturbed sleep. I’d you’re a light sleeper like me it is less than ideal. Otherwise it’s very clean and perfect for a short stay.

We just stayed the night, were hoping to be able to check in earlier, but didn’t happen. The room was clean, spacious and close to the town and airport.

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed for the trip, was a great price, close to the city!
