Ice and water machine did not work properly. Was assigned yo an ADA room. I do not need and ADA room and was not told in advance at registration.

It was fairly clean with a modern feel, did not like that parking was $30.

This is our second time staying here the past few months. We are from Charlotte, NC and will always drive further out to stay here. We fell in love with Bianca in the dining room

I want to know why when I booked my (2) rooms the price was $224 each and the pending charges on my credit card are $309 and $290 ?

We had a wonderful time at AC hotel. Fairly new and very convenient location. Definitely recommend. Will come back again in the future.

Clean and in good condition, nice staff, though the room feels like it belongs in Blade Runner 2049 - very industrial.

Usually I can get a cup of complimentary coffee in the hotel lobby. You could pay for it and it was good, but no fresh comolimentary coffee.

Check in time was way too slow Internet way too slow Front desk clerk said he will check on the issue but never got back to me

Everything was great my family and i loved it staff was friendly food was in walkable distance

Spanish dining lovely, but not inexpensive. High, high ceilings with airy atmosphere even in Clean, minimalist decor in neutral colors with light highlighting. Very nice hotel! Only for one night—wish longer!

We had such a fantastic time during our stay! The staff was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless and very modern. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was exceptional.
