Room was dirty and smelled musty. The A/C was not plugged in and when I went to plug it in the outlet cover was broken and did not cover the wiring.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool. The carpet is very old and outdated which made the room seem not as clean as it probably was.

Room was clean and comfortable. It is closely located to Parry Sound mall. I will recommend Best Value Inn.

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. It didn't cost as much as other hotels in the area. The steps are hard to get up if you have mobility issues. The whole place looked run down overall. It needs to be updated. No kleenex in room. The bathroom had a smell like the shower curtains needed washing.

This is not a well-maintained property. For example, the staircases were dirty, and the room smelled stale. If you need to sleep for a night, it should be fine, but for a longer stay, please choose something else. While we are not very picky with the food, the free breakfast had very little variety. We will not be choosing or recommending this hotel.

The hotel is dated and needs work. Doors do not close properly, bathroom etc. the exterior doors do not seal so our room reeked of the weed the guys 2 doors down were smoking. If we could smell the weed from 2 doors away how warm would the rooms be in winter .

This motel is very dated, the owners need to have better cleaning staff. There was a previous guest's dirty undershirt on our bathroom shower rod. The toilet seat was dirty and I disinfected it. The bathroom lighting is extremely dull like a night light. Almost impossible to apply make up or shave. The continental breakfast is very underwhelming. A home version coffee maker of 10-12 cups not ready for 7:00 am, 2 slice toaster, 3 units with cereal. Very disappointing. Stairwell, hand railing and walls all dirty. Wouldn't recommend it or stay here again, just my opinion.

Not enough towels and toilet had difficulty flushing

Room did not feel clean (stains everywhere, patches on walls, etc). Staff were okay but didn't really understand what was needed (ie inadequate sheets provided for sofabed).

I spend 3 nights at this place and there wasn’t hot water in the shower. I wait and wait but after 5 minutes i realize that i needed to take a cold shower... it wasn’t a good experience for me. I did not try the breakfast. The only thing that works great for me was the wifi. It was better than at the other motel i tried that week. There was a stain on my bed sheet too...

Overall good value for the rate charged. Great location to the city and adjacent grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Clean, functional, quiet. Bed and linen great. If you want any better than payout $100 more to get Gavin and eggs with the free breakfast😄. Overall a good place to lay your head

Enjoyed my stay comfortably! The pool was warm and enjoyable and decently large. Affordable , quiet and decently clean for its old charms. During our stay, we drove to the Harbour and enjoyed the peace and loved the view. Will be coming again!

Don’t go! The empty parking lot was a sign. When we opened the door to our room we were shocked at what a dive the place was. The pictures did not at all reflect the accommodations. Even if it was slightly decent it reeked of chlorine. We got our money back and got out of there.
