Don’t go! The empty parking lot was a sign. When we opened the door to our room we were shocked at what a dive the place was. The pictures did not at all reflect the accommodations. Even if it was slightly decent it reeked of chlorine. We got our money back and got out of there.

This property is extremely dated. Old and worn carpeting in the room and hallway, stained bedding and significant chlorine smell throughout the hotel from the pool. Not recommended.

Rooms condition very poor. Dirty, bed uncomfortable, one very thin pillow per person. Bedding stained and find hair between the sheets. The one and only chair was dirty and stained. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed at. Old and dated can and should be clean and comfortable. Didn't stay for breakfast next door at Trappers Restaurant

The continental breakfast was awful.The coffee tasted like it was diluted. all the breads bagels etc were no name brands.The butter,cream cheese was in large tubs, very unhygienic.There was dust everywhere looked like it wasn't open.Unfortunately had paid and taken bags upstairs prior,otherwise would have left.The bathroom would not flush,I had to open the stopcock and found that it had been switched off due to leaking. Would not recommend this establishment.

Great for a nights stay. Room was clean. Did not use pool but looked nice. Hammock in pool room was relaxing.

Front Desk Staff were Amazing but the hotel was as definitely lower quality than the price tag. We rented the jacuzzi room for Valentine’s Day for $225 and the tub was whole reason we were there. The room was not just dated, it was pretty grubby and dingy. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. But lack of basic amenities like ice, vending, sufficient towels in the room ( there were only 2 towels in the room despite the jacuzzi tub and No towels poolside) was a bit shocking. Long hairs in the shower upon arrival, mattress cover coffee stained, bed sheets with multiple sharpied “K” along all edges of the sheets to identify them as King size, chunks of popcorn ceiling peeled and missing, an ottoman with a suspicious “water stain” across the entire top surface. Again, we came for the jacuzzi and it checked that box, but if it wasn’t such a long ride home I wouldn’t have spent the night.

The room was left visibly soiled, and the bed was not made to an acceptable standard, indicating a clear disregard for basic housekeeping protocols. Furthermore, both the coffee machine and the bathtub were noticeably dirty, calling into question the overall hygiene practices in place. Beyond these issues, the property itself shows significant signs of deterioration, reflecting prolonged neglect. A comprehensive renovation, along with an immediate overhaul of cleaning and maintenance procedures, is not only warranted but urgently required.
