The location is excellent matched by the standard of the accommodation. Room was clean, un fussy and had lots of thoughtful little extras that you often don’t get I’m more swanky accommodation. A real find and will definitely stay here again 5*

It was a great a place great location

Ein Albtraum !!! Wir waren fünf Nächte in dem Appartement, das Zimmer wurde in der gesamten Zeit weder gereinigt noch wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Auf den Fußleisten und den unteren Steckdosen lag noch der Staub vom letzten Jahr. Auf dem Fußboden liegt kein Bodenbelag, man läuft auf nacktem Beton. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war die Klimaanlage defekt. Trotz mehrerer Mails an die Betreiber der Unterkunft gab es keine Reaktion. Erst als wir uns bei Expedia direkt beschwert haben, wurde die Klimaanlage repariert. Bei nächtlichen Temperaturen von ca. 25 Grad haben wir somit 3 Nächte praktisch “im eigenen Saft gebadet”. Positiv ist lediglich die perfekte Lage.

Very quirky place. Clean and minimalist. Loved the little gestures such as the souvenir bag, the instant camera to take photos. The location and the price. Great €8 value to use as breakfast or any meal at Harina eatery.

Great location, good communication about how to get in, and on extra charges for things like cleaning, which has to be ordered. Took us a while to work out how to get out of the security gates and on to the street. Kitchen area is a positive but a sink would round it off nicely as kettle has to filled slowly using mugs in the sink in the shower-room, but overall very happy, good stay, good value.

Communication was great via watsapp! It was Oky place for one night airport connection! The room were very warm even with AC.

Was a pleasant stay

It was extremely noisy; sleeping at night was nearly impossible. On some days, the mayhem continued until 4 AM. We were also disappointed to find that, despite advertising a kitchenette, there was no hob in the room. That felt quite misleading. Had we known this was a shared kitchen setup, we would not have booked. The shared kitchen had no window or proper ventilation, so our room ended up filled with strong smells like onion and garlic whenever someone decided to cook a late night meal. As a result, we had to open our window for fresh air, which only let in even more noise, making it impossible to get any rest.

Credo che sia stato uno dei migliori soggiorni degli ultimi anni. La struttura è molto comoda e accogliente e gli host sono di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità veramente rare. Ti fanno sentire coccolato fino al più piccolo dettaglio

It's a dorm-like apartment, with a shared laundry room and full kitchen, although with a mini kitchenette in each unit. It's a long walk from my unit to the laundry room. The temperature is centrally controlled. It's too cold for me and the manager provided a mini heater. It's equipped for tall people, with hooks on top of the bathroom door. The furniture is very basic, with only one metal(?) stand in the double-bed bedroom for charging cell phone. When the sofa bed is opened, it's really crowded. Once I opened my unit door, 2 guys were smoking in front of me. Loading and unloading luggage in front of the building are pressed by time because the vehicle blocks traffic. Not enough information and photos of room details are available before booking.

Excelente opción para hospedaje gran ubicación e independencia. Aspectos a mejorar duración el agua caliente y el colchón. Vale la pena, volveríamos a llegar ahí.
