Don't stay here, pay a bit more and go somewhere that isn't a dump and doubles it's prices in the school holidays. A £60 room (I learned this after our stay) cost us £120. The room really wasn't good at all. A window cracked from top to bottom, a toilet roll dispenser hanging off the wall barely held in place by the end of a screw, an inspection hole next to the toilet with a cover that kept falling off, curtains that were so long they filled the floor space between the window and the bed and caused me to trip on them multiple times, there was small brown splashes of something on the wall above the toilet, the shower was barely powerful enough to have a shower under; it was like being drippen on...and there's more. Suffice to say, for £50 I would have thought 'fair enough, you get what you pay for' but for the price we paid, do not bother. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. Only saving grace: the lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding.

The location of the hotel is good and I'm sure the view would be lovely, if you're in the right room. We were placed in the basement, beneath the bar, since we had brought our dog. The building is not well maintained with cracks on the walls, stains on the carpets and a musty smell. It's in desperate need of a deep clean and redecorating. We both slept terribly due to the bed being ridiculously soft, and a constant noise from footsteps and talking in the bar above until 3am, even though the bar is supposed to close at 11pm. We've stayed in many hotels and hostels at a range of prices and never struggle to sleep, apart from here. This was not akin with the price paid, therefore we would not stay again.

Lovely sea view but there was a banging noise from next doors room, which was from the toilet being flushed. Don't know how they slept with the noise but it woke us up every time it was flushed. I would have been tempted to stay again, however, I've never slept on such a hard bed in my life, my sister said exactly the same. There is firm and there is hard, this was extremely hard. The bathroom is a little bit dated but very clean, body and hand wash provided. The staff are friendly and there are plenty of areas to sit and relax with a drink and a sea view.

My go to when in Llandudno. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, nice and quiet room, excellent staff, great location (it’s about 1/2 mile from the town center) so easy to get to but non of the hassle and noise! (It was a Saturday night bank holiday weekend)

Great stay but yet again there were no plug sockets near the bed so couldn’t plug phone on to charge or set alarm clock. This is such a regular nuisance in so many hotels yet it’s a basic requirement. No bedside table at one side of the bed?! Apart from this the room and hotel was great. Great view, great location, great shower, even had a bath, great price and the staff are excellent. Would I stay again? Yes definitely, it’s a good hotel.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy and contained everything I required during my stay. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff in the hotel were amazing, very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean but the building needs an urgent update, bedside lights not working, Bathroom from the 70's with a very poor shower. Not many electric plugs, Come on now, you know we need to plug in phones, hairdryers, kindles etc. A very basic breakfast was on offer. There was a pizza on offer on Friday night that was well cokked and tasty but that was all.

Hotellet ligger alldeles vid havet på paradgatan! Hotellet var bedagat och behöver renoveras. Iskallt på rummet, fick ett extra element! Sängen och sänglinne bra. Bra bar! God lokal öl! Tyvärr fick vi parkeringsböter, trots att vi frågade om det var ok att stå där. Lite surt!!
