Check in was straight forward with the staff being helpful. Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choice of different Breakfast foods.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh and the staff was amazing. Will definitely recommend and we’ll come back again! Thank you, Vincent for making our trip and stay at the hotel memorable.

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Personal war hilfsbereit, Frühstück war gut, sehr viel Süsses, eher wenig vom Anderen (nicht Süsses).

The property was excellent. The area was sketchy. Overall would stay there again for the spa.

Nicest room we’ve had so far on our trip. Very clean very modern. The Jacuzzi and the bedroom and the executive suite was incredible. Food was excellent room service was spot on! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean and very lovely. The location was in a bit far off of the main tourist area but they did provide transportation to the area more know for tourists.

Hotel looked clean and modern, staff were very professional and accommodating. Just the area where the hotel is located does not look best to a first time visitor but I still recommend this hotel to try if you are trying to explore the hidden beauty of Naples

Had an excellent stay here. It’s slightly outside of Naples centre, but we knew that when booking. The breakfast, top floor restaurant/bar and spa were all lovely. Also a nice touch having a mini gym in the deluxe room. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples.

Good location from rhe cruise port. They were able to store our luggage until it was time to check in. Nice spa and fine dining on tbe rooftop.

The hotel is beautiful, and very clean! Unfortunately the staff were not polite or friendly at all. The hotel is not located in the best area, farther from things but since we only were there for a night it was good.

The hotel was quite ok. It was clean, good size room and helpful staff. Free Suttle bus to the city center was a big plus! The down sides were the surroundings, the location and poor sound isolation in the rooms. You can hear the trafic.

All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay

Really nice hotel, loved the spacious rooms and the spa, only downside would be the breakfast which had no fresh juice and very limited options.
