從未試過，住三晚不打掃房間,不換毛巾，進入酒店沒有任何服務，這樣的價錢，我覺得不值. 另房間里面設備不足，地理位置優越方便出入.

25hours Hotel Indre By has a great location and tons of personality — the design is fun, bold, and full of quirky touches that make it feel unique. It’s centrally located, so getting around Copenhagen is super easy, and the atmosphere is definitely vibrant. But for all the style, the substance was really lacking. There was only one pillow on the bed (no extras in the room), no coffee station, no ice machine, and no free breakfast. The gym is barely usable, and the minibar wasn’t restocked during my stay. Small things, but they added up. More concerning — I placed the “please clean” tag on my door and still didn’t get housekeeping. Oddly, someone did enter my room without cleaning it, which felt like a serious lack of respect for privacy and a potential safety issue. That made it hard to relax or feel comfortable coming back to the room. The staff were nice enough, but service was inconsistent and the basics just weren’t there. If you care more about design and location than comfort or reliability, this might still appeal to you. But I left feeling disappointed — and a bit uneasy.

Perfect location to visit the city, most popular locations are very walkable. It can be easily reached from airport by metro. Very very nice design and service, I also liked to spend time in the hotel.

Für den Preis hatten wir definitiv mehr Service erwartet. Bei einem viertägigen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) kommt kein Zimmerservice vorbei. Sollte man etwas benötigen, z.B. Klopapier oder frische Handtücher, muss man diese selber bei der Rezeption holen. Die Minibar ist zwar umsonst, da aber niemand kommt um sie aufzufüllen, sind die zwei kleinen Wasser auch eher mau. Die Zimmer sind super stylisch aber auch super klein und unpraktisch. Es gibt fast keine Haken oder Ablage Flächen. Alles in allem, gibt es für diese Preis Kategorie deutlich bessere Hotels.

This is the most hip hotel I've ever seen. Every feature is thought through and the amenities are so cool. It looks like Wes Anderson designed this hotel.

Easy to get around

15-20 min walk from the central station. I will recommend you to walk from the station than train when possible as it took longer when I used local train. It took time to buy a proper ticket in a ticket machine, and all the related trains were delayed, which made me spend extra time. The inside of the property is uniquely decorated, where you could see their positive intentions to have customers’ stay enjoyable. Staffs were very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com uma pegada moderna e jovial. A decoração é um destaque à parte, tanto das áreas comuns como do quarto. Tem vários restaurantes e bares dentro. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e é bem confortável. O serviço de quarto é feito a cada dois dias, porém é possível pedir para todos os dias. Pontos de melhoria: as toalhas de banho podiam ser maiores e o minibar, mesmo trazendo produtos gratuitos, não gela nada. Oferecer bebidas de graça, porém praticamente quentes, não ajuda…
