El personal muy amable y servicial

Pasé mala experiencia en check in, un empleado con cero actitud de servicio me complicó el Ingreso, me dio la habitación hasta las 10 pm cuando llegamos a las 3 pm, además muy evidente que me entregó mis llaves desactivadas por lo que tuve que volver a bajar y con una sonrisa me dijo “no sé qué pasó”. There was construction being done only feet away from our rooms front door at an adjacent condominium building. Understandable if construction would run during the day while we were at the different amenities but the hours were ridiculous. We would hear construction noise all night and stopping around 3am. Other than this everything was great.

I stayed at Dreams Bahia in Puerto Vallarta this past June for a friend’s wedding, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for the wedding group everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and attentive. From the check-in process to the wedding events, the service truly made the experience unforgettable.The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of dining options, fun activities, and relaxing spaces. It was the perfect setting for a destination wedding and a getaway. The only thing to note is that June was very hot and humid, so definitely be prepared for the heat if you go around that time , lots of water and shade helped. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was well taken care of, and the memories made here will last a lifetime. Highly recommend this resort for weddings, celebrations, or just a vacation

Si, increíble para los niños. Hay actividades

El hotel está increíble, el personal es muy atento y amable. La comida es muy buena. Si hubiera un pero, sería con las albercas; considero que son pequeñas para un hotel tan grande. La alberca que es “solo adultos” está llena de niños casi siempre.
