Las habitaciones están limpias y con todo lo necesario, el personal siempre fue muy amable, las albercas limpias, el área de niños lo gozó mucho mi hijo con muchas actividades. La comida 10/10, el restaurante italiano delicioso y su atención excelente. Lo único es que no hay muchos camastros en playa siempre que bajábamos no nos tocaba camastro, sé que están divididas la zonas dreams de secrets pero si es necesario más comodato para dreams en playa.

Terrible experience during check in process as we were charged extra money for a 3 year Old kid stay

Booked 3 rooms 1 each for my daughters and one for me upon arrival 2 of the rooms were ready. They lost my third room was not ready until 6pm. They lost my granddaughter’s luggage but found it 2 days later. The people in the room next to my daughter the people carried on up 2am withe kids kicking on the doors people screaming just a mess. Went to the deck to see if something could be done they seemed to do something by moving my daughter to another room only to change me another 600 dollars for 3 nights. I paid the extra for the preferred club only to find out that children can’t use any of those amenities. Stayed here about 4 years ago and I think the place has really went downhill. I believe their business is more in tune for timeshare then regular guests

Very beautiful area and resort. Room very nice and comfortable. Food was very good. Rhythms of the Night excursion was excellent and a must see.

El personal es amable, el Hotel le hace falta Mantenimiento, los baños públicos huelen a caño, los pasillos estaban sucios. Restaurantes a la carta tienen muy poco variedad los de comidas. En cuanto a restaurantes de cena probamos dos y si estaban buenos. Por ser dreams me esperaba un mejor hotel en cuanto a Mantenimeinto y limpieza. En nuestro cuarto en la entrada encontramos un alacrán enorme, fueron los de Mantenimeinto pero si me da pendiente si uno en su habitación le Gusta estar descalzo.

I wish the servers at the buffet were more attentive. I never got my drinks refilled basically both times I went there so I opted not to return to the buffet for the poor service and got room service for breakfast or ate dinner at specialty restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious i got the tropical swim out room the bigger one. Elevators were very hot, the random people I encountered there agreed. Wish they cleaned the swim out pool more, lots of dead bugs. Specialty restaurant food was fantastic, the resort was beautiful. For the Cafe on the fourth floor wish the food that was under the heat lamps had a cover or something there was flies landing on the food. Drinks were great, desserts were good. Overall I would say 8.5/10 very good for my first time in the area

En gral muy sucia el área de albercas, no limpian ni albercas ni mesas ni pasillos. Muchos pisos levantados en áreas comunes. No había toallas limpias al momento y tardaban en llevarlas. La actitud de meseros y staff dejó mucho que desear , eran groseros o faltos de atención. No volvería a dreams. Hay mejores opciones con más calidad tanto en servicio como en instalaciones y limpieza

Es de los mejores hoteles a los que he ido, la comida deliciosa y hay muchos restaurantes 100/10

Room was good and we enjoyed being at the resort. It does take some time to get used to the layout and learn which elevators take you to which areas. The restaurants also close earlier than expected. Other than those observations we enjoyed our stay.
