Nice room close to everything.

We arrived late at night and were greated by the very kind and helpful night staff. We can only say good things about them! The first room we were assigned had a very bad smell to it (most likely from the sewage). Luckily, there was one more available room in another wing of the hotel, which was simple and clean enough. The parking lot on the premise is an advantage. We only stayed for one night which did the job but if you intend to stay longer, I guess I would look for an alternative.

Our River view was a view on the Dumpster Bin and the roofs of the houses.

Room was clean and serviced. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant was clean with friendly staff and service was great. Meals were what was expected and timely. Function we attended was all that was expected. Bit disappointed that there was no microwave, toaster, crockery or cutlery in the room.

Always the place to stay in Gladstone - if anything negative it’s the small amount of parking but get there just on 2pm and your usually good

We only stayed for a couple of nights but it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and water and milk in the fridge. Coffee / tea well stocked and fresh. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location too.

The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were super comfortable. TV was glitchy with channels. Parking was ok through the day, but late afternoon/night the small front park was full of cars and very tricky to navigate past the bigger vehicles. Parking behind the building also tricky with bigger cars to park in small spaces. Reception friendly and fridge had milk and bottled water replaced daily. Quiet and clean

This was just an overnight stay to catch the morning ferry to Heron Island. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the food in the restaurant was quite good. All and all, a good, quiet night and close enough to walk to the ferry terminal/marina in the AM.

Very good Staff and have restaurent downstairs for lunch and dinner. stayed for 2 nights very happy and great place to stay.

Just stayed the 1 night while heading north. Clean easy parking close to everything and friendly staff. Would stay again if we were ever passing through.

The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and the location made it easy to walk to dinner every night. Definitely a great place for couples or friends to stay!
