Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Rooftoppool sucht seinesgleichen und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gesund.

We just didn’t appreciate having to book two rooms for 3 people. As a family we should be able to stay together. Also being charged at another Eurostars hotel 346.07 cdn (Montreal) when we were clearly staying in Lisbon. And not being refunded because we cancelled. Terrible.

굉장히 불친절하고 사람이 묶고 있는 방에 한마디 사과도 없이 들어 왔다 나가고 정말 별 한개도 아까운 호텔입니다. 동양인을 무시하는듯이 체크인 하겠다는데 불친절하게 대하는 프론트데스크나 저녁 8시가 넘어 쉬고 있는 중에 갑자기 문열고 들어왔다가 사과도 없이 나가는게 호텔에서 있을 수 있는 일인가요? 가뜩이나 관광지에서 지갑을 도둑맞아 좋지않은 기분에 숙소까지 정말로 실망이네요. 다시는 리스본 방문하고 싶지 않습니다.

Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel (Parque das Nacoes) was one of the best hotel experiences in my travel history. What made it exceptionally special was the awesome staff! As I entered the doors I immediately received a warm-welcome, and this carried on through to the onsite restaurant (best salmon ever!), to the pool bar, right down to the smiley housekeeping staff. EVERYONE was top-notch and provided the best that hospitality can provide. To say that they understood the assignment is an understatement. I have to give a SPECIAL shout-outs to Daniel in the on-site restaurant and Andre at the Pool Bar. BIG hearts!! I was traveling solo, so my room was very quaint, clean and extremely comfortable with a nice view of the Tagus River. I highly recommend this hotel for those who prefer not to be in the center of the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's a great area for walking alongside the ocean, renting an electric cycle, shopping at the Vasco da Gama Mall, trying your luck at the Casino Lisboa and visiting the Oceanarium.

was expecting the rooms to be bigger. The service was very slow at the restaurant, & felt kinda overpriced for what it was. Would stay here again with a good rate but it didnt feel like a 5 star - hotel lobby/foyer/cafe area was really nice but the rooms were small.

I regret that I didn't get her name, but the young lady at registration was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave me a list of places to go for dinner within walking distance. Also a complimentary drink voucher for the rooftop bar. The view was amazing from up there. The Breakfast was amazing in the dining area. Lots of local specialties. My room was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view. I will definitely stay with Eurostar again in the future, and highly recommend for travelers.

Great hotel

The greeting was warm and professional. They allowed me to check in early. The room went beyond my expectations. The rooftop pool was simple, but who needs more when the views are spectacular? Every employee I dealt with went above and beyond, but the room was amazing, and that is where it begins and ends. 3 blocks from train station, metro, and mall, and surrounded by restaurants. Don't hesitate to book there if you get the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Universal Lisboa. The location is excellent—close to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and many of Lisbon’s main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel amenities were also fantastic. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The rooftop pool and bar offered beautiful views, and the breakfast had a great selection of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, Eurostars Universal Lisboa exceeded my expectations. With its prime location, exceptional staff, and excellent amenities, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon and would happily stay here again.

Atendimento da recepção achei ruim. Já a equipe do café da manhã foi excelente! O café é muito bom! Tivemos a infelicidade de sermos incomodados na parte da manhã pela camarera perguntando sobre a limpeza e a tarde também.

Clean room with a convenient location to all the places I wanted to go to. Pool is an infinity pool on the smaller end. Didn’t eat at the restaurant or order room service so can’t say much about that. Room was on the semi circle end which was nice. Front facing.

A very modern hotel in the new district of Lisbon minutes from the airport. Spacious room with comfortable bed and great view of the Sea of Straw and former Expo site. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and bar. Walking distance to big mall and casino. It is a 1/2 hour Metro ride downtown old town. Disappointed in restaurant choice near hotel.

The Eurostars Universal Hotel has a 5 star rating and in my opinion, quite rightly so. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from Lisbon Oriente Station and Vaso Da Gama Shopping Centre - one of Lisbon's major centres. The hotel staff were excellent from arrival through to departure - always courteous, polite and efficient.

Fantastisches Frühstück, freundlicher Service am Gast, die Bar auf der Dachterasse einfach grandios! Die Zimmer sind schön- etwas enttäuscht war ich von der Fensterisolierung- wir konnten Autos, vorbeifahrende Züge und sogar das Piepsen der Fußgängerüberwege (Ampeln) hören. Schade! Trotzdem: absolut empfehlenswert!
