We felt some what uncomfortable staying at the hotel especially after dark and after business hours was not a great place to stay

Checked in, dropped off our stuff and headed out for dinner and concert. Next time will give room a better look over. Nearly fell off toilet... the seat broken and not secured. Chair could use a good steam cleaning. Fan was on all night, grill could use a good cleaning. At checkout when I advised about the toilet seat front desk responded the previous person did not complain. This spoke volumes and seat probably wasn't cleaned after previous tenant or they would have discovered seat was broken. Bed was comfortable and in good location near Clifton Hill and Casino.

Great, clean motel that’s walking distance to Clifton Hill. Zero issues with our stay.

For a budget motel it was very clean and well kept. Very well kept. The bed could be better the mattress are not passable but feel more like a old sofa bed mattress. If they had better mattress this place be a gem.

The jacuzzi was great, but no kettle or water in the room. Coffee maker and the jacuzzi were not clean. Also, we could hear the room upstairs walking and talking all night.

W manager let me park for a bit longer after we were supposed to check out to walk around Clifton Hill for a bit

The room was very clean and very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The inn Is also very close to the heart of the falls and attractions. Should I ever find myself going back again I would definitely stay there again

enjoyed the room but their were fights all night and a few times we thought someone was trying to break in otherwise enjoyed our stay

The location was excellent. The room was exactly what was expected. The price was reasonable and the room was clean, had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.

After we check in, I have to ask the maintenance to change our beddings when we got in our room. It wasn’t change you can see white spots on top of it. I have to clean the microwave too, theres alot of food debris inside it. You can see alot of food and drinks spots on some part of the walls. The shower curtain is a bit slimy on the bottom part. The washroom floors are not that clean and the sink is clogged.

They just us some $32 extra for my car parking and two of my friends who were with me visiting the falls. Didn’t liked when they asked to pay this hidden fees

Nice place, very safety and comfortable. Check in is easy. The TV has Cantonese channel. They can do better. Such as provide hairdryer and slippers

There is only a latch lock on the door, making you feel unsafe. Especially when you stay on the ground floor and there are people smoking outside your window. Staff were not very kind and weren’t keen on answering questions, such as charging a $100 fee upon arrival and are unable to provide a refund date/estimate. Hotel room was fine: not visibly dirty but the sink and bathtub were in poor condition, leaving behind marks of white liquid spread across both.
