On a passé un super séjour avec ma sœur, propreté irréprochable, personnel sympathique. Je recommande sans souci.

Parfait, hotel très bien situé à 5min a pied de Victoria Station, accueil très agréable et personnel sympathique qui a pu nous dépanner d'un adaptateur de prise que nous avions oublié de prendre. La chambre était relativement spacieuse et la literie très confortable. A recommander lors d'un séjour a Londres pour le bon rapport qualité prix et la praticité de la localisation

Overall it was good.

Wir hatten eine schöne und komfortable Unterkunft direkt unter dem Dach. Alles war gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Einbahnstraße und es ist kaum Verkehr.

This is very good hotel, good clean, safe and amazing location

宿泊した場所にフロントが無かったので、何かあった時に少し怖いなと思いました。それ以外はとてもいい宿で、フロントの方がとてもやさしかったし、部屋もきれいでした。

Great stay! I was a bit cold, but they promptly delivered a portable radiator. Comfortable bed. A 7 minute walk from Victoria Station.

I booked the Bower House for a couple of nights after a long haul flight Just a 5-10 minute walk from Victoria Train Station to the main hotel where I had to check in. The staff were very helpful, allowing me to drop my bags until the room was ready and late on the second night when I needed some extra coffee and milk. My room was on the ground floor and it was beautiful with a roll top bath. I would definitely recommend it, but then again I don’t want it to get too popular and make it harder to book

Hotel correct, grande chambre. Salle de bain très petite, hotel assez bruyant et la chalnre n'etait pas très propre. Emplacement correct (proche arrêt Victoria) et quartier calme

The property was in good condition in central Westminster right off of a slightly busy road

Nice small hotel. Good for a base to explore and sleep. Room was small but fine. Hotel has no ammenities. Checkout was easy. Kind reception.

Sehr kleines Badezimmer ohne jegliche Ablagemöglichkeiten, sehr bequeme Betten, nettes Personal. Ärgerlich war, dass wir erst verspätet aufs Zimmer konnten…

This hotel exceeded our expectations, much larger than expected and very clean and modern. Excellent location near the Victoria train & coach (bus) station, we arrived by bus and left by train, and Underground (subway) stops too. Excellent helpful staff too, they promptly printed my boarding passes and other documents. Won't hesitate to stay there next time we are in London. Recommended!

Small room but otherwise very good. Convenient location in a nice area. The staff in their sister hotel were very friendly and helpful.
