Good place

Mattress was hard as a rock. No body wash in the shower and the shampoo was empty. Refrigerator was filthy. Front window had a crack in it.

Great amenities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They could not do enough for us and everything came with courtesy and a smile.

Friendly welcome but the room was very damp 💨 and even wet on the floor. Not a nice experience. But the manager was very friendly and even gave us fresh water to go!

The hotel was super clean and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. The bed was comfortable & I always check for bed bugs with a hair dryer & thankfully there weren’t any critters. The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. Alex was especially friendly and even gave directions to avoid construction. I plan to make this my hotel whenever Im back in town.

We were in town overnight and this hotel was perfect for that. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was just right. Would recommend

VERY NICE OUSIDE AND GOOD LOCATION AND CLOSE TO STORES

Pros: the room was clean and bed comfortable. Cons: The TV in my room didn’t work - nor the internet. Though the front desk eventually helped in connecting to an alternate Wifi, no Wifi instructions are provided/printed at check-in. Water pressure was less than average.

Found roaches in the room.

Wifi was horrible. Couches stiff. They cleaned the room but didn’t replace used hand towels, they just folded it and put it back on the shelf. I could see the dirt from when I washed my hands the day before on the towel I thought was a new one. Tissue box only had 3 in there, the next day when they “fixed” it up, the tissue box was still empty. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked either.

Mondo took great care of us in the restaurant.

I enjoyed the smaller property, staff was very friendly.
