Great location, great view from our room, quiet. Breakfast was okay, out of a few options. Room was clean minus a few hairs missed in the shower. Great front staff. Best luggage cart I've ever had in a hotel. Beds comfortable, great AC and parking.

Breakfast was very good value and appreciate having access to good coffee at front desk instead of the in room set up you usually see. Had the fish and chips for dinner in the restaurant. I think being next to Potato World having good chips is a requirement and they were indeed excellent as was the fish. Would recommend.

Lovely stay at the Amsterdam Suites in Florenceville. This will now be our go to rest stop en route to Quebec and Ontario destinations. Breakfast buffet included. Powerful walk in shower, quality products available. Would like the addition of a hand/body lotion. Enough towels for two people. Comfy king bed. The walls and doors are showing some wear in places and may need fresh paint soon. This did not impact our stay.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel on Saturday the 6th of June. We chose this hotel primarily as it was close to the longest covered bridge in the world and the Noah's Ark cafe. The hotel is very modern, well maintained and spotlessly ckean. The rooms are spacious with toiletries, large screen tv and extremely comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant is great value, with good size portions and the breakfast buffet includes a great selection including a choice of hot food. The bedrooms have a fridge but no tea or coffee, you can help yourself to coffee at reception and free muffins. This is an excellent choice of hotel and perfect for an overnight stop or longer if required.

Great for a quick stopover, but very noisy! We stayed overnight during a long drive. The hotel is brand new, modern, exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and parking was easy. On the downside, rooms only have a fridge (no coffee machine), though free 24-hour lobby coffee and a basic breakfast are provided. The biggest drawbacks were the noise levels: the AC unit was incredibly loud (like a loud machine), and the wall soundproofing is so poor we could hear our neighbors checking in as if they were in our room. Fine for a night, but bring earplugs

I booked a room through a 3rd party website and chose a king size bed pet friendly room as I was travelling with a small, non allergenic dog and I paid for the room at time of booking. When I arrived at the property, they had no record of the pet friendly room I booked. I was booked into a queen room (which wasn't what I paid for) and was told there would be an additional fee of $25.00 plus tax for my dog. My room was already over $200 with tax so I was not happy to pay an additional $25.00 pet fee for a 10 pound, non allergenic dog. The room had no hand soap in the bathroom (shower gel in the shower) and the bath towels were very thin and yellow in colour. The noise and light coming from the corridor made for very difficult sleeping. When I was packing the car, the room key wouldn't work and it took me 4 trips to the front desk to get the key to work. Having worked in the hotel business for 30 years, this hotel did not leave a good impression with me and I cannot recommend it as a place to stay.
