Very convenient

I did not get housekeeping even after i requested it.

Friendly welcome. Clean, convenient, and lots of parking.

Safe environment

Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We felt very cozy for our stay.

I brought my kids for a staycation so we could swim and enjoy the long Memorial Day weekend. We stocked up on new pool toys and snacks only to arrive and find out the pool heater is broken and it’s 70 degrees! No seating and generally a small, unusable pool. It was so disappointing. I will not return.

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is very new and updated, and I loved the decor. The front desk staff was super nice. Also, I liked the location—it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants.

The property was uniquely located were dining and shopping were convienent and walkable. Very clean property.

Property was superb and the front desk staff went above and beyond! One of my best experiences out of years of travel with the government and the military in hundreds of hotels worldwide.

Had a great stay, friendly staff and convenient location to explore the area.

My stay was quick, this was a great location with everything close by. The staff and checkin were excellent took less than 5 minutes. Room was spacious and big.

I didn’t get the warm and fuzzy feeling walking to places in the development because I guess it was expected for everyone to drive. Definitely got a few weird looks but overall the property was perfect. Only downside was the lighting in the room.

It’s a decent hotel, but the customer service at the front desk could be improved. Additionally, the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly.

check in was easy and friendly, lots of eating options close by.

The staff was very helpful as we wanted to stay with all our party on the same floor. Eight of us were in Charlotte for a wedding..Nice bar and lobby..Geri polce
