Great hotel overall

Very nice interior and exterior. Great view. Staff excellent. We did not see the beach as it was not open due to weather conditions. The pool was perfect. Only downside: price and portion size for dinner. Quite expensive. Taste wise great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angsana Resort. The hotel and spa were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Customer service was excellent and all the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful.

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. The spa and pool were fabulous. Not all restaurants and bars were open because it was the first week of the season. However, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Excellent Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Man hat eine wunderschöne mediterrane Aussicht. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war großzügig, komfortabel und schön ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Im Frühstücksbereich fanden wir es etwas umständlich, an den Platz geführt zu werden. Ebenfalls nervtötend war die Kaffeebestellung. Hier hat der Service nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich, dennoch habe ich das ein oder andere vermisst. Die Parksituation mit Service fanden wir sehr umständlich und zeitraubend. Das haben wir schon besser organisiert erlebt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas abseits gelegen, daher ist ein Mietwagen praktisch. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel überzeugt wegen der guten Ausstattung und dem Infinity-Pool mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht.

Secure entrance and friendly welcome. My room was upgraded to a suite which was beautiful and had amazing sea views. Helpful & friendly staff. Lovely relaxing massage. Good choice of food in the various restaurants. Infinity pool looked gorgeous overlooking sea views.

Amazing stay for anniversary

Overall quite a good experience, staff could have been more helpful at times, a lot of the times they would like to finish their conversations with their colleagues rather than do their jobs.

Good property and view, dining is very limited. Staff aren’t the most friendly. Not a great place to visit if you are a person of colour - subtle aggression and racism.

A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The swimming pool, poolside and private beach are fantastic. The hotel is quite swanky. In our experience the service was top notch. We were surprised at how welcoming and friendly the team are at Angsana whilst delivering great service. The poolside team being particularly notable in this regard.

Cant fault this hotel! Absolutely fantastic stay. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. The pool, kids club, breakfast, spa, beach were all wonderful.

Second visit to Angsana, great hotel and amazing staff. Dinner at Emerald Beach is a must. Also close to Benitses for other local restaurants - recommend Flora’s.
