Was traveling for business, the team at Penrith Astina Suites; Karen, Holly, Pam were all fantastic. Nothing ever felt like was being asked too much of them, always friendly and willing to assist. Especially when I left an item in my room post-check out, when I came back to the reception later that day, they had it ready for me, I didn't even have to ask!

Property has all the things we needed as a family staying in Penrith to be close to sporting events. Will stay here again for same tournament schedule.

I always stay at the Astina Penrith, and always am happy with the experience. I pre book weeks out or days out and nothing is an issue. Will be back in a little over 2 weeks

Great place to stay whilst visiting friends in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing needing improvement was the lounge - it was far too low and not comfortable to sit on or get out of without difficulty. There were also no instructions on the television's operation. Having televisions in the bedroom would be beneficial. Bathrooms, laundry and wadrobes were fantastic! Will stay again!

When the doors first slide open you get a beautiful fresh smell. Reception is very welcoming and ready to help with any questions. Everywhere is very clean. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is very well equipt. Will stay at the Astina Suites any time we are in Penrith or close by. Can't find a fault and can't wait to stay again.

Great appartment has everything needed.

Excellent location, quick access to shops, dining, chemist and clubs. The 1 bed king suite was spacious compared to ithers we'd stayed, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent service from the reception and housekeeping. This place is a surprised, highly recommended.

Best suite ever. Central to everything. Spacious and office facility within suite and Foxtel all part of pricing. Pool and spa very tastefully done.

I always stay at this property. Never any faults and the staff know me by name and are super accomodating

Great place to stay. Centrally located, eating and shopping within walking distance. Night life close. Easy parking and amenites on site. Westfield and K-mart within walking distance. Close to public transport.

Great overall, simple easy and relaxing.

Fint paketerat hotell. Kan absolut rekommendera boendet. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hela hottelet känns fräscht, och rummen/lägenheten var både stor och rymlig samt välutrustad. Saknades inget. Stort plus för poolen/baren/restaurangen på taket som vi hängde mycket vid. Synd att det stängde poolen redan vid kl 18, men förstår helt och fullt då människor kommer hit för att äta. Kommer gärna åter om jag ska till Blue Mountain igen. En bit att köra, absolut, men värt det. 

Absolutely stunning location, close to grocery and liquor stores, very nice staff and ample space! Beds were super comfortable and very well equipped rooms overall! Recommend renting car if travelling into the city often and to get around in general as things are quite far by foot/public transit

Nice and clean

Excellent accommodation and amenities. Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly.

Early check in was prompt. Staff was easy to deal with. Even had an umbrella available when it was raining. An easy 10 min walk to the train station.

The Astina room layouts are exceptional, especially the full kitchen.

Excellent property. Very comfortable with only one minor complaint and that is when staying on the 7th floor the rooftop bar is directly above on 8 and patrons are very noisy
