ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! It's a long list of complaints... 1. 2 hours late to check us in even after we notified them TWICE we were in vicinity 2. BUGS BUGS BUGS we realized we are on a tropical island but my wife LITERALLY SLEPT in RAINGEAR to protect herself from bites...they told us to keep "doors closed"!!! I DID NOT pay for a beachfront location to have to have windows closed.. 3. Internet password was INCORRECT 4. Shut off ALL WATER from 8pm til 5am WITHOUT NOTIFYING US( they say it's common on the island) 5. Large and multiple holes in SCREENS which is why they said keep doors closed which of course means NO NIGHTTIME OCEAN BREEZE or WAVE SOUNDS upon MULTIPLE communications with property MANAGER and eventually THE OWNER they allowed us to checkout late.. OFFERED NO COMPENSATION whatsoever. My wife and I have been to MULTIPLE COUNTRIES at different times of year this was BY FAR OUR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE regardless of how nice the pictures may seem
