freundliches Personal, Schöne ruhige Anlage mit Garten und Pool, gutes Frühstück, fast kitschige elegante Einrichtung

Im Detail folgt die Ausstattung nicht den wunderbaren Fotos. Laminat passt eben nicht zum Laura Ashley Landhaus Style. Die Küche lärmt leider durch das ganze Haus. Wer erst nach 23h schlafen mag und weit vor 7h wach ist kein Problem.Man würde also besser im Gartenhaus schlafen. Das Personal ist reizend und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet eher durchschnittlich.

Wonderful decoration and quiet atmosphere just perfect for an escape to Menorca

Absolutely loved this hotel. A dreamy escape and perfect home base in Mahón. Every detail was beautiful and well thought out. The staff was kind and helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This property is so individual

Beautiful setting in the centre of Mahón, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities are fabulous but we were rather disappointed by the service. The staff (aside from Omar who checked us in who was lovely!) were unfriendly and made you feel you were irritating them by being there (perhaps a mixture of being understaffed/fed up?)- which is a shame when you’re paying that amount of money. We still had a lovely stay but I think we’d avoid booking there again.

Welcoming , relaxing, luxurious, exactly what we wanted. Absolutely loved it. The wait at breakfast was often quite long, the staff seemed very busy even though the hotel wasn't full. But apart from that it was perfect. Loved the rooms, decor, reception, the pool and drinks, location, would definitely be back.

Hôtel magnifique, très bien placé dans le centre, le décor, l’ameublement très cosy, invite à rester lire ou prendre un café dans un des salons, assis confortablement dans un des nombreux canapés ou fauteuils, comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, le personnel est aux petits soins, le restaurant est excellent, le jardin et la petite piscine, sont très appréciables après avoir parcouru les rues de Mahon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Minorque.

Incroyable

I came with my mother for our annual mother/daughter trip. The hotel was stunning, decor was exquisite and staff and service was wonderful. Beautiful haven in the middle of Mahon. The room was spacious, clean and had all the nice little touches. The pool and gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and filling - fresh eggs to order with custom sides and a buffet of pastries, fruit and cold meats/cheeses. Free coffee/tea/water available 24/7 My only criticism is that this should not be a hotel for kids, having small loud children running around during breakfast or poolside or even in the library rooms is not suitable for the ambiance of this relaxing hotel.

The concept of the hotel is unique, its just beautiful. The rooms were clean and the service couldn’t have been better. We will come back for sure!

Couldn’t fault a single thing, everything was done perfectly and so stylishly! The staff were so friendly and we loved every second of it!
