Merhaba. Hilton’u seçme sebebimiz en iyi zincir otellerden olmasıydı. Daha önce birçok otellerinde konakladım ve bu tecrübelerimden çok memnun kaldığımdan dolayı plovdivde de burayı tercih ettik. Otel çok şıkdı. Ancak otopark sorunumuzu çözmemeleri ve bize verdikleri odada klima sorunu olması nedeniyle tüm geceyi üşüyerek geçirmek durumunda kaldık. Sorunu resepsiyona ilettik, bir yetkili gelip kontrol etti. Ancak bir sonuç alamadık. Bunun dışında olumlu olarak söyleyebileceğim şey kahvaltıları diyebilirim. Çeşitliliği bol ve lezzeti ürünlerle doluydu.

Very modern room. Silent inside the room couldn’t hear the road or the neighbours. Great breakfast options. Only negative is I have no idea how to turn on the heated towel rail or the bathroom mirror.

Hôtel bien situé mais difficile d'accès ,son adresse n'étant pas reconnu par le GPS.Personnel très serviable.Il y a cependant peu de sites intéressants ou facilement accessibles à Plovdiv

The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were large and clean. The property stands out compared to other hotels in Bulgaria.

All in all, a very good hotel although I was completely flabbergasted by the fact that they didn’t have any non-feather pillows. This is very strange in this day & age and rather problematic for someone like me who gets asthma because of feathers and pillows or duvets. I had flagged when booking but with no result when I asked again at the hotel upon arrival, I got another feather pillow which was hardly what I wanted! If the hotel had contacted me before my arrival, I could’ve brought my own small pillow which would have not had interfered with my sleep.

Godt værelse med balkon, dejligt i varmen. Meget roligt, ingen larm. Sær indelukket lugt på gangen.Skøn morgenmad, men uinteressant og for dyrt mad i restauranten.

Mit dem Eintreten duftet das Hotel nach Sauberkeit, das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer super sauber, die Betten super komfortabel und bequem. Die Fachkräfte im Restaurant erhalten von mir weitere zehn Sterne waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastorientiert. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Wonderful stay! Super clean, very nice and comfy beds. Location is very close to Old Town and restaurants.
