The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.

Heerlijk verblijf. Kamer kon iets schoner, lagen nog wat haren in de badkamer en in de hoeken van de kamer maar verder prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Auto is wel een must als je iets van de omgeving wil zien.

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option.

We stayed here for just one night and it exceeded our expectations! Beautiful hotel and grounds, room was large and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly! The added touches of prosecco and fresh water with fruit on arrival was lovely! Just a short bus ride away from Benidorm - Will be staying again xx

We had an amazing stay — the location was perfect with easy access to everything, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the entire hotel was spotless with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we would definitely revisit!

This hotel boasts a high level of style and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and it's conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the nearest supermarket! If you enjoy a quiet Spanish vacation, this hotel would be perfect for a couple's weekend getaway! A special mention goes to the incredibly helpful reception staff who speak excellent English! I also highly recommend the spa at this five-star hotel!

Muy buen hotel, un 10 en todo!

Nos alojamos en Nucia Hills y la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio y la cama resultó ser súper cómoda. El personal fue en todo momento atento, servicial y muy cortés. El desayuno tipo buffet estuvo genial: muy variado, saludable y con opciones para todos los gustos... Además, al avisar que soy celíaca, tuvieron el detalle de llevarme directamente a la mesa un surtido completo y apto para mí, algo que agradecí muchísimo. Mis hijos no se hubieran ido de la habitación Querian quedarse a vivir aqui. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Fantastic hotel

Nice big room, nice pool area but opening times could be improved, specially the roof pool why is it closed on a Sunday. Food breakfast and dinner very good range and quality. Shame that tea and coffee quality was poor. Also overpriced spa ! And parking. Was bit disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Lovely complex. It is either new or totally renovated. The room was furnished beautifully. This included dishwasher, job, microwave and oven. There were no instructions on how to operate anything My only issue was that there was no crockery, plates, cutlery, pans etc. this stupidly had to be ordered from reception. They said this was to improve the cleaning process. Utter rubbish. It was to discourage use and encourage attending onsite dining. Disappointing to promote these facilities and then make it so difficult
