Everything was beautiful they offer differents tours around the volcano and the park. Staff was friendly all the time.

The location and the views were wonderful. Loved all the flowers and how well kept up the property was.

Nice property with great view. Except we are having lots of wind and rain and got some water in the room.

What was unique is the location and its close to Lago Coatepeque.

The property itself was really nice . The one thing i didn't like was they didn't have hot water . It was very minimal. There is also not much to do after 8 pm. Other than that , the hotel was nice .

Our stay was great! If you’re looking to relax, hike, and enjoy the views this is the place for you. Other than the restaurant and scenic views, there isn’t much else to do at the hotel. Perfect stay for hiking one of the two volcanoes though. The guided hikes for the Santa Ana Volcano begin at 9am. Closest gas station is about a 30min drive so make sure you have enough gas to make it back down. We would stay here again!

The property was very comfortable and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and professional. If you are looking to tour the volcano this is the property to stay at, the tours leave within walking distance of the property. The property itself has amazing views! 5 star!!

Enjoyed my stay at the property. Staff was nice and helpful, communicating through WhatsApp throughout the day, gave me directions to make it to the volcano hike. It’s a beautiful place, though room is showing signs of wear and tear. Water was lukewarm in the shower, and low pressure but I was just glad not to take a cold shower. Bring bug spray. Food at the restaurant was decent. Good margarita and the waiters were great. Overall, a good experience. Glad I went.

I like the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is nice and well kept. The closeness to nature and the views of the Lago de Coatepeue and volcán de Izalco are wonderful.

Beautiful property and safe

Casa 1800 Cerro Verde is a peaceful escape with breathtaking volcano views and cozy, beautifully designed rooms. The perfect base for nature lovers and Santa Ana hikers!

The location of the Hotel in a beautiful mountain with spectacular views is breathtaking. The Hotel rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The Restaurant is excellent with great menu, and excellent service. We would come back again and recommend it.
