It’s OK

Hotel was very clean, looks just like the pictures. The pool wall and cabanas were nice and enjoyable.

Friendly staff and clean, noise from Rosa Sky & train being the only downside.

So convenient for shopping and dining at Brickell

My stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Brickell was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel’s sleek, modern design created an inviting atmosphere, while the rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed with luxurious touches like a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries. The comfortable bed and stylish decor made it a perfect retreat after a busy day. Its prime location in Brickell was another major highlight, offering easy access to top restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service from Shevonne. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made a lasting impression. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and consistently provided service that felt both professional and genuinely caring. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel’s amenities—such as the rooftop pool and European-inspired breakfast—further enhanced my stay. Thanks to Shevonne and the hotel’s dedication to excellence, I highly recommend AC Hotel by Marriott Brickell and will definitely return on my next trip to Miami.

The metro rail noise is a bit loud, secondly, the gym is a bit small

Very place and very nice team. Need more staff at from office. For theee days there was only 1 person at the desk doing her bast to help the line up people practically all day long. Give them a raise.$$

Localização privilegiada, camas confortáveis, café da manhã muito bom. A chateação é que paguei pelos cafés e falaram que não, cobrando novamente e, para um dos hóspedes, deram um voucher.

First night the evacuation alarms went off. We had to walk down 21 flights of stairs since the alarm said don’t use the elevators; mind you my husband is paraplegic.

Very nice stay. Just one night as we went to a near by concert. Very clean. Very quiet.

O hotel é bonito, muito bem localizado, excelente café da manhã, camas confortáveis. Tem elevador barulhento. No check in foi dito que uma diária estava paga e a outra não e nos deram um 0800 para resolver. Não ligamos. No dia seguinte estava regularizado! Também foi dito que um dos hóspedes não tinha café da manhã, deram um voucher. Mas tinha direito sim. Enfim, pequenos ajustes para ficar ótimo em tudo. Fiquei hóspede do vizinho , o Element , com maior profissionalismo e conforto, mas café fraco. Optei pelo AC porque o café da manhã é muito superior.

Didn’t realize the hotel lobby was on 6th. Bit of a pain with luggage. Overall the price was okay for the value. Nothing spectacular or anything to complain about. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would not choose this location again due to 6th fl lobby situation.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! It was extremely clean and modern. The pool and bar were our favorite parts. So conveniently located, we were able to walk to so many shops, restaurants, etc!! We’ll be staying here every time we come to Miami!!

Great property

The breakfast are staff in professional, four of one after another came and asked if I paid for breakfast, how I mentioned multiple times upon getting in that my breakfast is covered and gave them my room number, still kept coming and asking. Then on last day the even asked me to sign a receipt but no charges??

Excelente ubicación cerca del Brickell City Centre y del Río de Miami. Muy bonita y segura área para caminar. El hotel es nuevo y tienen un excelente servicio al cliente y son muy amables. Es muy cómodo. Las camas son comodisimas y la alberca muy conveniente.

Una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel pues en realidad no es tan ruidoso como dicen en los comentarios eso nos ubicaron en una habitación alra
