I had fun and relaxing weekend at this hotel. Friendly staff. Although, I’m from Calgary but living in the countryside now from time to time still want to stay in the city especially downtown and be close to all my appointments and the restaurants and shopping. Will stay again.

I don't believe that 'pets' should be living in the same rooms that are being charged out at +/- $200 for business habitation.

Amazing customer service, great location close to shopping center.

No shuttle to airport. No parking available aside than valet. Rest is perfect.

Great recently renovated hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was great throughout and location is very convenient in the downtown core.

Hotel is nice and in good condition, room has garbage under the bathroom vanity when I checked in though.

Incredible hotel! And the staff is really kind and helpful!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and the staff were very accommodating. My daughter and her children were late arriving at the hotel from the airport and the staff did everything possible to make her stay as easy as possible. They gave us an extra hour for check-out. A staff member assisted with all the gear she had to bring, going so far as transporting it across the street! Emgen I think his name was, deserves special recognition for going the extra mile.

Breakfast was good and lots of shops nearby

I really enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriott. They made it extra special by making our check in smoothness and easy and even allowed us check in a little early after our long drive. The room was clean, comfy and very well lit (I know it’s a strange thing to say but there’s been stays where we could barely see because of the lack of lighting!). The staff were so kind and always ensure we had everything we needed. Since we only stayed for the weekend, we didn’t have time to check out the other amenities the hotel had to offer. The location is right downtown and we were able to walk to most things we wanted to see. Parking is not included with our stay but there’s an impark lot east of the hotel building on the same block that’s very accessible. This will definitely be one of the places I’ll be staying at while visiting Calgary!

Convenient downtown location. Looks like it was upgraded recently which was nice. Only problem with our stay. Took 40 minutes for our vehicle to be brought up by the valet after we called for it. That was a major inconvenience for us.
