Their service was ok but not for a 5 star hotel. Also they didn’t want to do a price adjustment that they said they would give me. I tried contacting them almost every day for 2 weeks but very bad service. They don’t want to refund anything.

What can I say about AJWA HOTEL,CAPPADOCIA?It is definitely the most unique from an architectural perspective,every aspect of our stay was top notch!FABULOUS HOTEL in CAPPADOCIA,The food and service at the restaurant were INCREDIBLE,the front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly,attentive and informative( especial thanks to MR ORKHAN,CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER). THE ROOM WE WERE STAYING FOR 5 DAYS,WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE,SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. DEFINITELY we will comeback in the future,highly recommended.

This is a luxury property in every sense of the word. Beautiful comfortable rooms, luxury products, lush bedding and robes. My only regret was not staying longer to better enjoy the property.

Odaları güzel ve temizdi, büyük ve keyifli bir oteldi. Çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da doyurucu ve lezzetliydi.

Personel güler yüzlü, ancak personel sayısı yetersiz. Kahvaltı yetersiz.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and spacious. Turkish tea at hotel reception was soooo good. Special thanks to Mr. Cabuk at the restaurant. His breakfast recommendations were superb!

I have traveled all over the world and this hotel is in the top 3 of all hotels. Definitely the most unique decor. Great location in Cappadocia, FABULOUS customer service, spacious and well appointed rooms, courtyard with multiple cabana type reading nooks and AMAZING FOOD!!! Full Turkish breakfast buffet is included and was to die for. Restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner with same quality and impeccable service.

This hotel in Cappadocia is a class of its own. Sitting on a hill away from busy towns and yet conveniently located for all activities. Beautiful Turkish white stone building is like a middle age palace. Great gardens, marvelous buildings with lots of open space and beautiful sauna and spa.Zeferan Restaurant is first class.

Needs improvement on their breakfast and dining options for dinner since it is far from town to enjoy more dining options. Make transportation available for guests to go to town and be picked up after.

An unique accommodation experience. Everything is perfect. We had dinner at Zeferan restaurant twice and the food is amazing. Reasonably priced.

Ajwa cappadocia is a bit of distance from Goreme but it is a gem in Nevsehir for its quiet location and well apportioned rooms and services. It is definitely worth spending a night or two for a completely relaxing retreat from day to day life

Tout était parfait. Le jardin est très grand et magnifique . L'hotel est très propre et équipé de materiaux de qualité. La décoration est bien réussie et authentique. Le service et le ménage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le restaurant offre du choix, nous avons aimé les plats. Je voyage avec des enfants en bas age et j'ai apprécié les attentions ainsi que les équipements dédiés (berceaux, l'espace de jeux indoor et outdoor, les poneys et le mini zoo). L'espace spa et piscine sont impeccables et très jolis également. Un seul bémol a émettre la température de la piscine un peu froide à mon gout (28 degrés)

Otelde harika 3 gün geçirdik. Her şey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her şey premiumdu. Yine yolum düşse asla başka yerde kalmam💙

Çok memnun kaldık. Kervansaray binasında ailecek iki güzel gece geçirdik. Bina asansörlüydü ve yapı eski kervansaraylar gibi tasarlanmıştı. İlk gittiğimizde geniş otel yerleşkesi golf arabası ile tanıtıldı. Otel yerleşkesinde kahve müzesi, küçük bir hayvanat bahçesi, çocuk oyun alanı gibi imkanlar mevcut. Yerleşkenin çeşitli bitki ve ağaçların içinde bir botanik parkı havasında olduğunu da söylemek lazım. Oda oldukça temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanlar bir o kadar ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Otel tasarımı bize nostaljiyi yaşattı odada da geleneksel dizaynlar dikkat çekiciydi. Otel restoranına ayrı bir başlık açmak gerekirse Azeri geleneksel mutfağını merkeze alarak lezzetli yemekler sunuyor. Herkesin denemesini öneririm. Kahvaltıda sunulan ürünler çok çeşitli ve sağlıklıydı. Kaldığımız günler çok yoğun olmasına rağmen hiç olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Son derece memnun kaldık.Tüm çalışanlara ve otel yönetimine teşekkür ederiz. Her şehirde temsilcilikleri olsa gözüm kırpmadan tercih ederim.

Herşey tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Kapadokyada bundan sonra kalacağımız ilk tercihimiz olacaktır

After visiting Goreme and all the hectic activity, we thought we’d book a hotel away from the main tourist area, so we booked at Ajwa, and have been really impressed by so many aspects of our stay. First up, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident artist, Yunus, gave us a tour around his atelier and the hotel’s ceramics collection. The room we stayed in was spotless and stylish with great snacks. We received an early check in, a late check out, which was great. We ate an Iftar set menu in the Zeferan restaurant, which was a fantastic selection of locally grown or sourced produce, and again, the same high level of quality and variety was evident at breakfast. All staff in the restaurant were friendly and made us feel special. We also drank coffee at the Coffee Museum and were impressed by the taste and the range. Also of note was the spa, which was fantastic, with an impressive hammam, steam room and sauna. Ajwa is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a bit of pampering in a relaxed setting.
