Parfait mais sirène de police qui n’arrête pas toute la nuit

Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Cependant l’instauration de nouvelles règles compromettent l’expérience. Je vous conseille de réserver les créneaux piscine avant même de réserver votre chambre.

Otroligt fint hotell! Det negativa var att det var otroligt dåligt vattentryck och var omöjligt att ställa värmen. Det var svårt att kunna duscha då det knappt ens rann ut vatten ut handtaget.

Great stay at the Cardo. Fab suite, great breakfast, lots of choice. Spotlessly clean. Great service. The roof top pool is fab. You have to book a slot but it works well because it’s not over crowded.

The hotel was gorgeous, the room was very spacious and really beautifully designed. It was convenient for walking into town and right next to the metro station too. The staff were all very kind and polite, as well. The one problem was the shower drain.y partner took a shower when we arrived and it overflowed immediately. He didn't notice right away and the whole bathroom flooded in just a minute or two. It was crazy, like biblical flooding. We cleaned it up and asked reception if someone could come check it out - they brought us new towels but nobody unclogged the drain so it kept overflowing each time we showered. I had to pause the water every few minutes to let it drain away or risk it flooding the room again. It didn't bother us too much but it was kind of a pain. But, regardless we still had a lovely time and I can't fault anything else about the place! It was a truly lovely visit and the room was very comfortable!

The hotel check in waa straightforward, however we were bot told the check out time and had to check this a day before. Also the room was not ready and the staff member sent us up, whilst housekeeping was still cleaning. She was very apologetic, but was not her fault. Overall apart from this the stay was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Cardo Brussels. Die Zimmer haben ein ausgezeichnetes Design, sind geräumig, großzügig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze gab es in der Tiefgarage zu genüge. Der Pool ist leider etwas klein und es gab nur wenige Liegen, sodass wir ihn trotz eines reservierten Time-Slots nicht nutzen konnten.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Brüsel Nord erreichbar. Direkt neben der Metro Station Rogier, an der auch zahlreiche Busse abfahren. Dennoch war es im Hotel ruhig. Direkt gegenüber beginnt die Einkaufspassage und ein Einkaufszenter. Zur Altstadt fährt man mit der Metro 2 Stationen bis Beurs. Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, kostenloses Wasser in der Eingangshalle. Der Check in war etwas verwirrend, denn die Rezeption im Erdgeschoss hat uns an die Rezeption in den 2. Stock geschickt. Bei Kartenabholung sollten wir ins EG, die haben uns dann wieder in die 2. Etage geschickt. Eine gemütliche Bar im 2. stock und 2 kleine Terassen. Im 30. Stock der Spa Bereich und im 31. der Pool mit rundum Terasse (1 Stunde Pool pro Tag vorher buchbar). Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Fotos, groß, modern, sehr hübsch. Elektrische Rollläden gegen Hitze auch vorhanden. Oberflächlich war alles sauber. Der Boden allerdings sehr staubig. Die Fenster sehr dreckig. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, war uns mit 33€ pro Person und Nacht zu teuer.

dommage que le quartier ne soit pas plus chic et le parking payant c’est très dommage. Sinon l’hôtel est sympa, la chambre incroyable mais bémol pour la piscine que l’on peut réserver qu’une fois sur place…

Good location for transit

Personale cordiale e gentile, camera impeccabile; ogni giorno cambio di asciugamani e pulizia in camera. L’unica nota negativa è stata la chiamata in camera alle 8 di mattina quando dovevamo lasciarla alle 12

Very close to everything

It is located near rail station and at night some suspicious people are around

Parking lot situation is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Please update the parking lot information, drove around the Hotel many times, after checked in, we were informed that we had to park at Hotel Indigo and cross across the whole plaza. We ended up parking at the Main Parking lot and dragged our luggage to the Hotel. Bar staff are amazing, specially Antonio!!! Hotel rooms are beautiful!!!!
