Very friendly front desk staff with a courteous and fast check-in experience. Great condition and clean room. It was a last-minute same-day reservation as we drove from Olympic National Park. Easy access via I-5. Would stay again if we pass by.

The bed did not

I arrived early and was immediately shown to my room, which was a great relief as I had been travelling since early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and made my experience an excellent one right off the bat. The room itself was nice and the sheets smelled like bleach, everything was pristine and clean. The bathroom & soap was a little bit outdated and that would be my only complaint. Overall good experience.

Located near stores and restaurants, staff was friendly, hotel is clean and the complimentary hot breakfast was very good. We felt safe in the hotel and parking lot.

Very nice room, new decor, comfortable bed, clean. Decent breakfast, what expected this level of hotel. Small criticism: most of lightning too dim, including around the bed and the sitting area.

Great bereakfast! Found hairs wrapped in our towels, but it was overall good.

Friendly staff. Great customers service. Loved having breakfast options especially since one child has celiacs and can’t eat food while on vacation. Loved the hot chocolate/coffee machine.

It was a pretty good experience. The room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was ok. The only problems we experienced were temperature control in the room and a very slippery bathtub and tile at the pool. The room was either hot or cold. No in between. The tub was incredibly dangerous and we didn't see the bath mat until we were done. My daughter slipped at the pool on the tiles because of how slippery it was.
