Rooms are too small. Most of the space is taken by a double bed.

Great hotel, great location with friendly, helpful staff. The room was compact but comfortable and clean and lots of choice for breakfast. It’s ideally located for exploring Madrid as well as for shopping. Would recommend and will stay again.

Room was clean and the service was wonderful. Didn’t love the glass shower doors as I prefer more privacy. Otherwise, we had great stay.

Sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Hotel hat leider in einem Jahr bereits gelitten. Zimmer war kalt weil der folder der Klimaanlage nicht gewechselt wurde und somit nicht mehr funktionierte. Personal im Restaurant wirkt unmotiviert.

Wifi is bad

La ubicacion es genial pero los cuartos son demaciado pero demaciado pequenos en la ducha sale un mal llor q es horrible el balcon de tu cuarto es clmpartido con el cuarto de al lado que si se asoma puede ver todo dentro de tu cuarto yo no se los recomiendo

Such a fun stay. Claudia at the front desk was amazing! Her and her colleagues gave me a few things to do while I was in town. She was super helpful. The room was clean, cute, and had a great view. It would be a little tight for two, but doable for a few nights. I was solo so it was perfect for me. I didn’t get to try the restaurant downstairs but it seemed very cute. Great location. Walkable to everything, metro, city, shopping. The rooftop with the pool was incredible too. It was far too cold to get in, but it was a great place to take in the city. Overall enjoyed my stay

Clean room but small. Staff were great and polite. I stayed for a week and I love that the Metro entrance for Noviciado was right in front of the hotel. Great location and close to all the shopping/restaurant areas. Would recommend for anyone even Solo travelers. Super safe, right in front of the police station.
