Nothing much. It was a short stay

Staff and food are very good. Although free wifi is advertised in the rooms, none was available. There was wifi in the lobby and restaurant, none in the rooms. Because of this I moved to a hotel next door.

Quick check in. Staff helpful. Nice big room. Nice quiet smoke free bar. Shame no evening food.

Pool was closed

Propreté des lieux et l extrême amabilité du personnel toujours au petit soin et la possibilité de boire un verre de vin au repas et de prendre tranquillement un petit apéritif !

Ottimo hotel, dotato di piscina e spazi ben tenuti Ristorante buono e ottima colazione

Hotel ottimo e ben funzionante. Segnalo solo due aspetti critici: il wifi che non prende e gli orari della piscina, che sono un po’ limitati. Parentesi chiude alle ore 18:00. Anche se il personale della piscina è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto restare un po’ oltre l’orario di chiusura.

Very nice hotel, I had a wonderful experience thanks to the warm and professional welcome from Nizar. He was friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect except the management of the deckchairs ( transats) at the beach which was a bit chaotic. Needs improvement.

Hôtel qui semblait endormi. Jardin sec, piscine vide, terrasse en travaux, hall sombre, accueil minimal, pas d'accès mer. Si vraiment vous n'avez rien trouvé d'autre...

Could be such a great hotel. Nice room. Good location. Nice breakfast - Omar was very helpful. But check in was awful. Male receptionist rude & incompetent. Had to watch him argue with staff then grudgingly take us to a room. Then decide it wasn’t ready. Then run away. Then get an equally unfriendly guy from the office who offered no help. Then a third person came & room changed twice more. Gave us no information & laughed when we enquired about a lift to get bags upstairs. Some staff training is urgently needed for reception staff.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel a Gennaio e molti servizi erano chiaramente chiusi. Abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel solo per una notte, come appoggio per poi continuare il nostro tour on the road. Molto gentile e disponibile Zied Marbrouk alla reception. Hotel nella media, personale gentile. Da migliorare, dal nostro punto di vista, climatizzazione nella camera e maggior cura della camera.

Bonjour, L'hôtel ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles, loin de là. Il faudrait lui retirer 2 étoiles pour rester conforme aux prestations.

I must pay what I not eat and drink it is not correckt The Bill . 6 Bottles of water 1,5l 4 Beer 1x Eat I pay 500 Tsd = 150 Euro That is incorrekt

Swimming pool and buffet dinner was nice.

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel. Complessivamente mi ritengo soddisfatta anche se si può sempre migliorare! Un ringraziamento particolare lo voglio dedicare al sig. Adel Amiri per essere stato sempre molto accogliente e gentile durante le mie colazioni nella sala ristorante. Spero di poterci tornare in futuro. Saluti da Roma!
