The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel was excellent, this was one of my best experiences, and I went with my family and my 2 year old.

Great Hotel. Absolutely clean, cozy, modern and luxurious. Staff was very professional and the hotel has a wonderful bar and restaurant inside. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can afford the budget. Pricy, but worth its value!

Stayed less than 24hrs but it was absolutely beautiful thank you to all the staff including the bartenders, front desk, managers and cleaners

Great luxurious place to stay and great customer service!

This is the best hotel stay that I have experienced in New York City. From the service to the food and drinks, it was first class all the way. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location. Is perfect for short train commutes as Penn Station is steps away.

Friendly employees, comfortable luxurious rooms, excellent restaurant, very convenient location. Would stay again!

This is the best hotel in New York! To me the most important thing when booking a hotel is cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations! clean bed, clean bathroom and overall the suit was clean. The customer service is superb! Thank you Pendry staff!
