Everything was so clean. The attendant was available via what's app and very kind. It would be helpful to have a separate area for a microwave for all visitors to the hotel, but outside of that, it was a very comfortable and problem free visit.

There is no hair dryer in thr room. I need to call and argue for several times until I got the hair dryer after 1.5 hrs. Poor management

The location is in a neighborhood with no shops, restaurants, or cafes.

Overall, the stay was very good. However, I believe the place lacks some basic amenities, such as an oven, a toaster, and a hairdryer. We requested a hairdryer, which was provided the next day, but it was collected again the following day. The highlights of the place include the exceptionally friendly staff, especially the receptionist Mohamed, as well as its cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the location is excellent, situated in a lively area close to malls, restaurants, and other amenities.

It was amazing

We were sooooo scared to stay. The receptionist was scamming us, no security measures, upon arrival, we noticed a significant lapse in security, room keys were easily accessible. This creates a serious safety risk for guests and their belongings. Toiletries Missing/Insufficient: There were no toiletries provided in the room except one hand soap that is used for everything, which was highly inconvenient Noise Insulation: The room lacked proper insulation, making it difficult to rest. Even minor sounds from outside were clearly audible, including barking dogs, which disturbed the quiet ambiance expected in a hotel setting. We wanted to cancel because of feeling unsafe in the first place and unluckily the policy wasn't flexible. Then something came up with the third traveller and things got more complicated. The staff lied to us about expedia not wanting to cancel our stay and they mentioned they agree on partial refund which created a mistrust This property is not convenient by all means
