La habitacion grande, el desayuno muy bien y la ubicacion excelente

El personal muy amable y excelente atención a pesar de la hora de llegada un poco tarde. Desayuno cumple y camas comodas, buen aseo de las habitaciones solo agregaría aire acondicionado.

It is a good hotel for the price. Good service from front desk. One con is that there's no fridge nor microwave in the rooms.

La pasamos muy bien. Muy cordiales todos los empleados. Muy recomendable.

The first thing you need to know is they have NO AIR CONDITIONING, which in this recent heatwave was NOT cool (pun intended! 😉) Although the outside of the building is unimpressive, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and look as if they've recently been remodeled. Breakfast was good.

There was no restaurant, there was no bar, the description was not accurate. Totally misrepresented the hotel.

Very well located near Temuco's main square, plenty of restaurant options. Room seemed recently remodeled.

Old style hotel nice and warm comfortable, friendly front desk staff. Just would like a laundry services cheaper options for families and variety of meals. Thin walls I could hear my neighbours when they were very noisy.

Fui muito bem recebida. Preço módico. Restaurante com comida boa e barata. Aconchegante e quentinho. Consegui fazer o check-in bem antes do horário e ainda tem outros serviços, como passar roupas, sem custo.

Muy cerca de todo (plaza, parilla, negocios). Económico. Grande la pieza (Junior Suite).
