The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel that’s walking distance from everywhere you want to go in Genoa. My room was large with a beautiful, large bathroom, and everything I needed. It was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend Hotel Astoria!

Zimmer in Top Zustand und Lage gut im Zentrum. Der historische Aufzug ist mein Favorit. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en we gingen met de mooie lift naar onze kamer. Onze kamer was prima, maar de temperatuur in de kamer was te warm. Er was wel een temperatuur regelaar in de kamer maar die sprong steeds terug op 21 graden. Veel te warm om te slapen. Het bed was vrij hard, maar dat is een kwestie van van je gewend bent denk ik. We misten een waterkoker om zelf thee te zetten in de middag. Het ontbijt was prima en goed verzorgd.

I highly recommend the Hotel Astotia for everyone, it was great location, clean and very friendly staffs, We was stay in three nights, definitely will coming back when ever in Genova, we really enjoyed the small town so beautiful, and they had great breakfast if you decide to add 15 € per person.
