Brilliant - room clean, poly little touches for the little ones, evening entertainment and a great stay

Staff went above and beyond to help. Friendly, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for Lapland uk. My daughter really enjoyed finding the code to unlock the safe. All staff was very helpful and made the visit extra special.

Brilliant place to stay if visiting lapland in ascot.

Brilliant stay! The kids loved it, however one thing I will say is we was in room 207 and the treasure chest hunt within the room does not match up and it was impossible so I ended up goggling it and other people also staying in that room said that it didn’t work so luckily the code was shared on there which we used. We will definitely be back as my children would like to try the priate room next!

Clean room and facilities. But timing on the entertainment is really poor. The playroom doesn't open till late so we only managed to spend 30mins during our stay

Excellent experience, clean and tidy and spacious

The room was clean. The treasure hunt was a big hit for my daughter. The cost of the evening buffet was quite a lot for the standard of food and service.

The little extras made it an amazing stay

Really good hotel. I thoguht the lifeguards at the pool were excellent, really paid attention and communicated clearly with a huge number of kids to watch

The room was spacious and clean and had all necessaries. The restaurant was within reach. Thwre was a lot to keep the kods entertained.

On a aimé la décoration et l'emplacement juste à côté du parc à pied, mais pour le petit-déjeuner, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix et le café était froid. Les chambres étaient faites tous les jours, mais pas de nettoyage du sol.

Clean room, good amenities, I like the fact that they have small things to help families like smaller toilet seats. Very suitable for families with toddlers.

This is the first time I've ever been to Legoland, and I'm an adult! We took our two young children and had such an amazing time. We were so impressed with the facilities, the park, the food, the staff. Such a lovely stay.

The staff were fantastic, we were helped with all of our queries. The rooms were lovely, really well decorated and the little treasure hunt was a great touch. Me and my sons loved doing it and the gifts were so nice. The only downside was the breakfast. The restaurant was lovely, the staff were amazing but the quality of the food was poor

Excellent hotel. Couldn't believe it until I saw it in the flesh. Check in was as smooth as possible with helpful host. Family adventure room was amazing. Bunk beds and an extra bed were to one part of the room, with it's own TV. Rest of the room was spacious. Toilet even had a built in child seat. All immaculatey clean. Bricks restaurant for as much good quality breakfast as you could manage, was included in the price. Park tickets were extra. Amazing amount of Lego play areas, which everyone got involved with. 10 out if 10. Couldn't have been any better. Grandma, mum, boy 4, girl 6. Brilliant

This place is really magical, fun and family friendly. Check in was long winded in regards to sorting a card, and not being told which room we were heading too etc.. And although magical and really cool themed rooms to distract you…..the village cabins are fairly grubby - it was sons birthday and he didn’t want to play with balloons as dust and hair was all over them. There was writing and crayons etc on wall and the toilet was dirty too. But overall the magical distraction keeps your eye away and your child has so so much fun that the rest doesn’t matter! (But if your thinking of spending out and expecting magical and immaculate don’t do it) All you can eat buffet breakfast and cooked breakfast is super yummy and you can meet a character which was really brilliant!!! Including Gluten free!! Evening entertainment was lacking but the Lego bricks in the restaurant help! (Food and drinks pricey as expected!) we ordered takeaway! Don’t forget to ask for your parking vouchers so you can go in and out for free if needed.
