Overall we had a good stay. Loved the aesthetics of the Hotel. As for our room, we enjoyed how spacious it was and all of the high tech things were. As far as cleanliness; it was fine for the most part. But 2 of our pillow cases had some stains so we got those replaced. Also, there was what looked like pet hair in a few spots in the room (on one of the towels and on the wall of the shower) We aren't pet people so that was a turn off. Also the outside of the toilet had what looked like urine and hair. Disgusting. I reached out to Guest Services and someone came to address the issue promptly. While we appreciate the cool tech things, one thing that was a little weird was the shower. It felt like a tiny dorm room shower, wasn't impressed by that at all. Nevertheless, the Hotel is beautiful, my kids enjoyed the pool and we all had a comfortable sleep. Also to note, its away from the Orlando busyness (parks and fun) so if you want that, then this is the place for you.

Hotel was very clean and rooms are nice. Bar service and staff are extremely slow no matter which bar you go to. Seem annoyed to be doing their job.

This stay was such a fun way to go back to Laureate Park, where we lived for 10 years. We were able to see friends, fmaily and have a terrific time at the hotel pool and poolside service. We were able to rent a cabana which was great for shade and more social seating. Loved it.

The property is beautiful, the check-in process was smooth, the room was very modern and spacious, our only interaction with staff other than basic check-in was at the pool- where we sat for over an hour without any offer of being served and attempting to stop/ catch the servers attention multiple times. Both couples on either side of us were checked on multiple times. I also had ordered a cheese charcuterie board (that I had to reach out to guest services to remind them about)- therefore we got it right as we were headed out to dinner a bit too late. Maybe just an unlucky experience on our parts!

Excellent property

Gorgeous rooms. Chose a sleep number bed and it didn’t disappoint. It was just a quality bed, so I got quality sleep. Finally a hotel that recognizes the importance they have in offering a client the chance to have quality sleep! The other cool things: shower was cool, pool not crowded and plenty fun for my son to swim around in, loved the Bidet but had to figure out how not to let it pistol fire at my rear 😆. Quality amenities, shower gels, shampoo and face cream. Easy to use TV. Nice grounds for taking a long walk. Overall amazing access to a walk and restaurants so you don’t *have* to uber everywhere if you don’t mind a little walk.

Best hotel in East Orlando

There is always great energy at The Wave. We have stayed several times and have had one disappointing moment.

Expected the room to look better.

Beautiful property with many wonderful amenities, well manicured grounds, and high-tech facilities. The small community around the hotel is great for walking and eating! Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

This hotel was beyond my expectations and my husband and I had a great time!!

It was a good location and a fun looking hotel with some cool features.

Staff is very nice

The staff is kind and willing to help. Also the bar staff will remember your name, drinks and meals. Hotel room is clean with the best controllability of lights, drapes and temperature on an iPad.
