This hotel is a disaster. The sink water tastes awful. The bathroom window is broken. The bathroom is filthy. There's no hot water in the shower. The sheets smell bad and the bed is rock hard. The AC doesn't cool the room. The furniture is very old. The staff has a bad attitude and very little motivation to work. There are only two very rough towels. The lighting is very poor and, finally, there isn't a single decorative touch. Horrible.

The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.

The staff was unbelievable friendly, made me feel like I was home.

No hot water available. (Cold Showers) Bed was hard as a rock. Towels were hard and rough like sandpaper. The furniture is older than my grandmother.

The shower was dirty,I would say they never clean it,I got athlete foot,the bed matress was so uncomfortable,my back hurts,I only slept there for about 3 nights eventhout I paid 8 nights room1004 ,I paid for queen bed an got a smaller bed.iam not satisfied stay there 12-20-22 to 12-28-22

The hotel is literally frozen in time, but it was clean and friendly staff. There is no hot water available which is odd but it wasn’t terrible. Great location and did the job for 1 night.

The whole staff are very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. We had a very good experience.

La atención del personal en general fue muy buena, el lugar estaba muy limpio, buena ubicación y el sitio es tranquilo, el desayuno es rico pero los dos días fue el mismo menú, debería haber mas variedad en frutas y huevos al gusto.
