The customer service was appalling at reception. I didn’t know where to park, the staff first suggested I could find a street somewhere to park in, not exactly what I wanted. When they eventually recommended somewhere, trying to get information from them about how to get to it was extremely difficult. I was a little stressed about the parking situation and pretty much focused on this, I forgot to get a receipt for my stay. They now won’t give me one retrospectively as I booked through Hotels.com, even though I paid at the venue. Additionally, I did notice other people being offered a welcome cocktail, this wasn’t something I was offered, I guess this is for the select few. I won’t be back
