We stayed for nights during Ramadan. Location was excellent, near the train station, mall, bus depot and waterfront. We even had a hop on hop off stop right next to the hotel.

We loved this place! It was so clean and modern and very reasonable price. Rooms had washing machine, full functional kitchen and living room with a nice size bedroom and bathroom. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Best part is that it’s located right near the train and the beach and a ton of walkable restaurants and cafes.

El personal es completamente indiferente a las necesidades de los clientes. No había toallas en la habitación (¡Ni una sóla de cualquier tamaño!) y tomó una eternidad para que las proporcionaran. No hay restaurante ni bar en el hotel. Pedimos indicaciones para llegar a un bar muy cercano y se nos dieron de manera errónea. El lugar es nuevo, pero el personal no está a la altura.

Ophold på 7. sal - tre personer i en toværelses lejlighed. Lejligheden var rummelig og renligheden i top. Morgenmaden var inkluderet, men den manglede variation, gjorde den ensformig. Lugtgener fra restauranten, pga. madlavning uden udsugning, var et problem, da lugten satte sig kraftigt i tøjet. Ophold på 14. sal - to personer i en mindre lejlighed. Vi fravalgte morgenmad og nød i stedet Tangers gode spisesteder. Rengøringen var desværre mangelfuld: fugerne i badeværelset var beskidte, og selv efter feedback blev problemet kun delvist løst. Derudover oplevede vi forsinkelser i rengøringen, og personalet manglede erfaring, bl.a. fjernede de ting uden at spørge. Generelle fordele • Moderne, velholdt hotel med nyt interiør. • Vaskemaskine på værelset – praktisk for længere ophold. • Beliggenhed tæt på togstationen og nem adgang til taxaer. • Gratis parkering – en fordel, da vi havde bil under en del af opholdet. Generelle ulemper • Køkkenudstyret er begrænset til præcis det antal personer, der er booket til. • Basisudstyr som tørrestativ og klude skal bestilles separat og leveres langsomt. • Ensformig morgenmad uden variation. • Lugtgener fra restauranten pga. manglende udsugning. Samlet vurdering Hotellet er generelt et godt valg med mange praktiske faciliteter og en bekvem beliggenhed. Dog er der plads til forbedringer i rengøringsstandarden, morgenmadens variation og responstiden på anmodninger om normalt udstyr.

Our stay was good and the location is very central next to the train. Handy to have a washing machine in the room. However the cleaning staff mysteriously took away our towels and all of the toilet paper which we had to ask for. The kitchen could also have been better stocked - no soap or sponge for dishes in the room.

This is an excellent place to stay. The suites are very clean, comfortable and has a nice kitchenette as well as a washing machine. (No dryer tho.) It is also near a small mall and a short walk from the ocean. I'd be more than happy to stay here again if I am back in Tangier.

Great location. Right by the mall, train station, close to all amenities. Breakfast had custom made eggs. My only readon for not giving it 5 star was that the AC wasn't working. Apparently it is by floor and the heating was ON. It was suggested i open the winfows but the noise outside was disturbing.

Super Lage super Hotel alles sauber. Man musste nur leider ständig nach neuen Handtücher fragen weil diese nie großzügig verteilt wurden.

Excellent staff which made my stay very pleasant. The check-in process was seamless and loved the double room, very spacious and clean modern decor. Daily breakfast was varied and plenty to choose from. Hotel Staff were all welcoming and the hotel staff working in the breakfast area were excellent. Will definitely stay again when visiting Tangiers

it is right next to the train station; the desk staff was not very helpful in guiding to local attractions. In fact, they were very helpful in changing our stay dates. the breakfast was very good. beautiful modern property

The pictures shown online are beautiful, once you get there and see the place, is another story. The building is old, needs some remodeling to be done. On the outside, there is a lot of tables, and all you see is man drinking and smoking. I will not recommend this place to any girls traveling alone. It is convenient since is right across the ferry terminal.

Close to train station, clean, and easy walk to beach

We have stayed for 2 nights, it’s a bit far to medina but just next to train station, and about 20 mins walk to restaurants. It’s quite convenience and definitely will book the same group hotel next time.
