The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also a major advantage, with the Muslim Quarter and the Bell and Drum Towers all within easy walking distance. The only disappointment was that the airport pickup service was not accurately described. Our original flight was canceled, so we didn't arrive until after midnight. I emailed the hotel three times over the two days before our arrival to request an airport pickup but never received a response. When I finally called, I was informed that the hotel only provides airport pickup until 9:00 p.m., not 24 hours as advertised. The staff did try to help by connecting me with a third-party transportation service, but it required upfront payment, so we ultimately took a taxi from the airport instead. Despite this issue, we had a pleasant stay overall, and the room, breakfast, and convenient location made it a great choice.

Os funcionários da Recepção são excelentes. Quanto chegamos, tiveram um pouco de dificuldade de encontrar nossa reserva, mas sempre muito simpáticos. O quarto era bom, com muitos amenities, cama, enxoval e chuveiro são ótimos . Tudo limpo. As paredes do quarto precisam de uma pequena pintura. Café da manhã totalmente oriental, muito farto. Tem estação de metrô próxima , uns 10 minutos de caminhada.

Very decently tidied room. Polite staff and good hospitality. Good location and close to city centre, metro and attractions.
