Great beach view

This was the second hotel we stayed at. Fantastic beach and pool area. Good value for money. Staff very nice except at Gizmos Bar. Easy to get taxis and get around the island. Property a little bit tired but overall would recommend.

We loved our stay here. We were in the Oceans section and the rooms are just right. The food options are all great and the staff was very attentive.

Property and beach are very clean and well kept. Aqua Mania will take the umbrella regardless because they leave at 5pm. Most of the staff are friendly but there were a handful that didn’t want to deal with anyone. Breakfast is the same everyday, lunch and dinner were average. Typically were only in our room in the evening and the TV could never keep a clear signal but they did clean the room everyday.

From the property to the staff it was an overall great experience. The only downside was the breakfast options could have been better but nothing too major.

This resort was wonderful, plenty of dining options, staff was friendly, clean, and if you like to walk this is a great place to get steps in.

The staff was amazing the ocean was fun to play in with high waves and good snorkeling options. The water sports was a disappointment as they could not bring us to the underwater / snorkeling areas as their rescue boat was under repair. And there was no paddleboarding or kayaking. They required a physical credit card and copied the number to lend out the boogie boards, they wrote it down on a piece of paper resulting in my card being stolen and being blocked on my vacation, they need better coordination between the water sports company and the hotel so that hotel guests are not put in jeopardy with their personal information. The bell staff and restaurant staff were amazing. It’s good value for families.

Property was beautiful but very hilly. Had to switch rooms the first day due to a huge tree blocking our room view, they need to trim some of those trees. Second room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, hopefully they’ll fix that. Buffet was good, pizza place good and open late, the Shack was really good and Gizmo’s Bar was awesome! Lou our bartender and Martin the Supervisor are the two best people on the property. Love being able to get fresh made food for lunch and dinner. The property was too far to walk to shopping area but is a quick drive. Beautiful views, especially from Fort Amsterdam. Definitely would return.

Most of the staff were not overly friendly and lacked in customer service with the exception of a few, the guy from the Pizza place was our favourite. Orane from Gismo’s and Amanda from breakfast, the bell boy and the girl at the front desk. A girl named Penelope was one of the worst for customer service. House keeping was beyond horrible. They took our face clothes, hand towels, and bath towels everyday and only would replace them with one bath towel. Had to go to the front of the resort to where the concierge was to get new ones almost everyday. If you want entertainment and activities this is not the place for you. Not much to do at this resort and absolutely no activities. The beaches are gorgeous and the food and drinks were also very good. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to others unless you want to just sit at the pool or beach all day and do nothing.

We only stayed for a night and got in late and had to leave super early. But for what we paid for a night here wow. It was not up to what you would expect from a place like this. The room had super hard bed. Scratchy sheets. It’s a very small room. The door to the bathroom could barely close and squeaked the whole way and then if you were in the bathroom and it was fully closed you couldn’t get out. The patio door also was very loud and squeaky. The room needed painting. Just a sup par hotel room for the price.

Room: Oceans 1 BD Suite on 4th floor. Nice room with separate living room with full kitchen and separate bedroom. 2 Separate sinks and 2 separate showers. Also, a washer and dryer. You can separate pods at the grocery store on site. Sad part is they did not replenish shampoo and lotion even when requested. Towels were taken some days but not replaced. Bedding was only changed once in 7 day stay and that was day 2. Housekeeping was a joke and not much was done. When checked in light bulbs burned out and 1 TV remote was missing. They showed up with remote that was wrong and said they would come back on Monday and fix lights. They never showed up. TV channels was a joke. 6 stations in mornings and 8 at night is all. Heard from others they got a few more. Great view from balcony. Full kitchen with coffee pot. Buy a container of coffee at grocery store also. Fridge came with 2 each of water, diet coke, coke and sprite. That will not be re-stocked so always ask for some at night to take back to room. Resort: Laid out nice. Infinity pool and pool by sea breeze restaurant were too cold to stay in. Main pools were nice. Hot tub was not very hot though. Seemed cloudy also. People claim chairs early and yet never show up for 3 hours. I hate rude people like that. I think some claim pool chairs and then claim beach chairs and umbrellas at same time. They have plenty of beach chairs but do run out of umbrellas. Beach is very nice. No weeds or rocks. Ocean temp

This property was great! A little bit noisy, hard to get a beach chair and haphazard housekeeping keep it from being a 5 star for me. I would go back.
