Great staff, friendly, clean , excellent facilities would definitely recommend

The whole stay was excellent,spotlessly clean room and in the perfect location for exploring and shopping.Staff were very efficient but the waiters were just a little too keen to empty our breakfast table before we had finished our meal. We would definitely return and recommend to friends 👍

Yes STAFF FABULAS. Room very clean. Breakfast not perfect as poor staff run off there feet in kitchen etc... Evening meal in Reastrant At Gino's 100% 😁

Excellent hotel fantastic room which was very spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated, amazing rooftop bar with tremendous views of the city. Bar manager upstairs was ace. Great restaurant for breakfast and evening meal, staff were professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Liverpool

Big room, good location, good breakfast

Leider ist die Heizung ausgefallen und das Problem wurde erst am zweiten Tag ernst genommen und gelöst. Damit war eine von beiden Nächten sehr kalt und unangenehm. Kompensation war ein Frühstück for free. Leider ernüchternd bei der Preisklasse für ein Studio Apartment.

I have stayed at this property previously and like previously, overall all the stay was fine. However, on the occasion, upon check-in I found the guy doing the checkin to be very unwelcoming.

Great stay, room was very clean, given a room on the top floor as requested. Receptionist who greeted us was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Very clean, return visitor so we had a free upgrade.

Check in staff was horrible

We were refused service at the downstairs bar at 10pm whilst the staff were openly drinking there with friends. Very frustrating as my aged parents were unable to go up to the sky bar.
